Are they hard to catch?

They are normally a bit wary but not too difficult to catch with a net. These two, however, were very docile while mating. Something had disturbed them wherever they were and they flew right onto the bush in front of me while I was filming.

If you approach very slowly you can even pick them up carefully as I did here to film them. I set them back down carefully as well so they could finish-up and be on their way. :-)

Both the Canon HF100 camcorder and 5S-is digital still cameras I use have very good macro lenses,being able to focus on objects which are nearly touching the lens itself. :-)

Yeah, I have to get another camera lol! Right now I use a magnifying glass to see caterpillars good with my camera! Also, I now have ladybug larvae and 2Cabbage loopers
