When you stress over fucking up in something you fuck up - be it sports, video games, sleeping, and even fucking among other things. I occasionally have sleeping problems from time to time and I've done what Howard said to a T, way before I listened to it. Sure it doesn't fix you, but it helps... a lot.

Maybe Howie has matured, maybe it's the therapy, or maybe the marriage to Beth, but when I listen to the old clips of the show it's totally different. My opinion is that when the show was started he was motivated to be the best and hungry, now he's achieved it...so now what? I really don't think he would be able to retire and not work though. He keeps mentioning making movies...maybe that's in his future?
