FAB was really working the Potemkin buster in Round 2. He absolutely dominated that round. Shame about Round 3 though. He accidentally dropped his guard in two instances while he was cornered. Cost him quite a bit.

Yes , it was made by the same makers. Just by looking at the characters moves you can tell that they were inspired by characters from GG like Iron Tager is remade Potemkin with some Slayer-like moves.

But still I like GG more , I'm just used to those characters and story :)

If you end a combo with Dead Spike it leaves you with less recovery time and you can slip by without a punish for that mixup, I don't see how it's not useful.

Hm, from your comment, I'm assuming that Order Sol is low tier/not very good/difficult to use well? I haven't played Guilty Gear, but it definitely does look interesting. I myself am fond of Testament, though that's mostly due to the bias that I think Scythes make bad-ass weapons, and Baiken is interesting too. There actually was a while back when I looked at some GG wiki stuff and looked into some of the characters. Anyway, I recently have been interested in Blaze Blue, which if I heard
