  • you should have cooked that in a pan at very high heat in butter, the meat being that thin.

  • for ur safety and those in ur vicinity ( say a circle of 3 miles around u) i would advise u NOT to use a knife, ever,...

  • also if you're dry aging at home wrap the meat in some air tight plastic bag so other thing in your fridge doesnt smell wierd. also makes it a bit safer from nasty bacteria etc.

  • I'm in the process of aging one myself (single ribeye) thanks for the aging time frame. I will definitly keeping it to about 2 or 3 days. hey don't worry Im sure my wife wont try it either.

  • for single steaks, only dry age for 2-5 days. Single steaks age a lot faster then the whole cuts.

  • @cdp1990 They dry a lot faster. They don't age at all.
