  • my point is that: the dems had the house and senate and wouldnt do all they could have without the prez beggin them. they dragged their feet, let the right control the message, plus the fx news backed their politicans but when it came to the left, some complained about what he shoulds done. tell me, exactly how does Obama suppose to get anything without compromise? we need to ENCOURAGE him to keep tryin instead of bashing him all the time. no he isnt perfect, but he does what he needs to do.

  • "Here is what all voters, and especially independents, despise and disdain in a politician -- weakness. Nobody wants to see their leader get beat to a pulp every night and then bow his head again.

There is no secret, brilliant strategy. This White House is in a bubble. They think they're winning when the roof is about to cave in." --Cenk Uygar, Salon.com, Sept. 1, 2011

  • American politics has really gone down the shitter. Something is rotten in the states.

  • @WSWarthog

Yes, american politics is in the shitter, but we can change it,

e democracy (voting by the people on the internet) is the only way forward,

    demolaws

    .org

    like it on fb.

  • @snapman218 If we have electronic voting, it will be the governments dream #2. They can more easily put who they want in the office, without a paper trail (Florida). The #1 all time dream. "Gun control", the LAST NAIL IN THE COFFIN. "YOUR MONEY", is at their command at anytime, with the stroke of a pen. Check out their retirement/health plan, them look at yours. There are only demlicans, or is that republicrates, in d.c. The difference in the dems/reps, the way you spell their name

  • The whole of Europe is facing spending cuts and tax rises after the bank bailouts to fight budget deficits and inflation, yet Americans still think they can print more dollars and spend money they don't have and get tax cuts??? Hey, that weed the CIA brings in must be really good stuff. Only the super rich don't pay taxes that's your job. If you still have a job?

  • @2001perseus Excellent comment.Especially with the Bailout of Greece (and very likely others) , Taxes went up to a ridiculous Growth (Tobacco, Environmental, Energy).Whereas the U.S. seemingly still Debates about wether or not it would be a good Idea to extend Taxcuts.

    Mindfuck deluxe.

  • @ReezeGoingSenseless Yes, the UK had to bailout Ireland due to interdependency while not even in the Euro. Who loses their sovereignty with all this debt next? the UK? Germany? France? Great how the EU could pass laws on sausages and bananas but not on derivatives. We are not just losing our money to banks but political decision making power. The banks run the EU and the FED has overturned the US constitution and now dictates to congress. The fight is for the sovereign state for all of us.

  • Dennis Kucinich (D), Ron Paul (R), Jesse Ventura (I) 2012... BEST ELECTION EVER!!!!! hahaah

  • Just say he gave away his soul and integrity

  • @calimar28 In what world is Bush "Africa's biggest hero of all time"?

Im African and most people I talk to hated Bush.

  • I think we should all congratulate Obama; he's the first president to achieve time travel while in office. He's made it back to the 1830's with his "Oliver Twist Economic Plan." When the poor and unemployed need more money, they can beg for it from the billionaires in exchange for a pittance...

Oliver: "Please, sir, can I have some more?"

Beadle: "MORE!? You ask for MORE!?"

Or, today's Beadle: "Sure. Give me the keys to your house, and your car, and the clothes you're wearing..."

  • @MrVoulezvous Yes, because the billionaires not only have the money but also want to give it away!

  • Our house(country) is on fire and you (obama) are offering me a lollipop & telling me to be grateful to you.

    Fuck you .

  • So please stop saying 'its Bush's fault". No, it's not Bush's fault, although he was not a good president mostly because he got us into illegal wars. He had a good heart, even dems admit that (He is Africa's biggest hero of all time) but made some poor decisions because he was not familiar with the constitution. But his illegal wars added to the debt yes but did nothing to cause the credit crisis and housing meltdown. So Bush did not cause the reccession

  • @calimar28 the recession started in 2006 actually- thats when economists started notcing problems(according to same people the housing crisis is a small part of the recession)- and yes i agree both parties are responsible- however bush having a heart is laughable-outside of africa he is deeply unpopular) the war in iraq proves this clearly - deregulation of markets- stock trading was sole trademark of bush era republicans - which is the biggest key reason for the recession-

  • @salvadory Wrong. The recession was clearly the housing bubble that burst, and credit bubble that burst. To say that was only a small part of it shows you know nothing about economics.

  • @calimar28 oh i guess youre an economist because thats what most economists have said mr know it all -

  • @salvadory Not 'most econimists" i have heard. Look, we have far too many houses and no nearly enough people to fill them. What does that tell you? A whole bunch of people who couldnt afford the house were foreclosed on, and we are stuck with millions of empty houses that were built thanks to Dodd and Frank messing with the economy.

  • Both the housing meltdown and credit card meltdown provided the one-two punch to the economy that it could not handle. Yes ressecions are cyclicle and yes the FED was not helping matters but the FED itself wasnt causing false speculation this time (much), it was mostly the Wall Street wizards and their tripe A rated CDO's that caused huge speculation. BUT,,,all the poor people with 400,000 dollar homes but not able to make a payment is what started the meltdown, that was Dodd and Frank mostley.

  • And Im not a Bush fan believe me. He was not a conservative, he was for amnisty for illegals, he treid to sell our ports to Dubai, he got us in an illegal war, so I AM NOT HAPPY AUT BUSH. But as a student of the economy (a semi expert), I have to tell you Bush had nothing to do with the housing bubble and meltdown, and he had nothing to do with the sub-prime credit card meltdown either which was the second shot to the economy that most people have forgotten about. 18 year olds geting Visa cards

  • Its simple as this people- remember we are 97% the rich and powerful 3%- remember the french revolution- this is looking like more and more an option- it is class war people- plain and simple- look at the facts- the middle class has shrunk- paychecks have barely increased when cost of living is applied- the poor have grown poorer while the top 5% have gained monumental increase in wealth since the mid 60s- CEO salaries increasing 52 % since 1974- workers pay flatlined!

  • ahhhhh!!! ok no more republican bills can be allowed to pass, they wanna filibuster every democratic bill, ok Obama don't sign anything else! see who wins the stalemate

  • i wonder how hard mitch mcconnell and john boehner are laughing at obama right now...

  • At this point, we're just picking corn from shit with these detailed accountings of his performance.

To start off by essentially pardoning and REFINANCING the lying scum who raped the country for many years has set in stone his every defeat.

  • i asked my best friend if he had been keeping up with the bush tax cut issue and he said he was so tired of hearing how the white house, elected officials was screwing the american people that he just quit keeping up with it.......i think this is how most of the country is feeling and probably doing the same which is give up hope that things will actually change. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!

  • Obama really needs to have a long sit down and search his soul, and understand that these Republicans don't have them.

I'm having a hard time trying to find a comparable political movement in history that's this insidious that isn't some sort of totalitarian movement. I don't think the Republicans go that far, but this is a party that is entirely devoted to their own self-interests. These are the LEAST patriotic people in the country.

  • @dEdGrimley

Man, you couldn't have put that any better. I completely agree with you.

  • @dEdGrimley Your assuming about Obama (a) That he has a soul (b) That the Republicans and the Whitehouse have different goals (c) He is a patriot in the terms you mean.

I think its pretty clear that (a) he is a cheap snake-oil salesman with a conscience fit for the job. (b) He believes in deomcracy only insofar as his words have the power to sway much like any totalitiarian demogogue. (c) His partiotism only goes so far as his big business friends allow it to go.

    He's a corrupt politician

  • @Telcontar1962

I think he's trying to get things done in the way he thinks is best. I think he means to do well. I just think he's wrong in thinking that he's going to get anything from a group that constantly touts their will to block anything and everything he does, and remains unified at all times on that front.

  • Now calling Barack, "Mr. Caveman"

  • Wow... This is what I voted for? The choices were Barack Obama, and John McCain... McCain was an obvious bad choice, but now I'm wishing that one of the choices was a bullet in my head rather than having had voted for this crap president.

  • I think the only way obama can recover and reconnect with his base is to get caught getting a blow job from some fat intern in the oval office.

  • This president is a real garbage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • democrats should filibuster this bill.

  • @GManGT No....people should stop voting for either party and create news ones that respond to their needs.

The US will need to go along way backwards before it can go forward

  • If I ever decide to hold anyone hostage, I want Obama to negotiate with me.

  • Ever since Clinton's beaten, I've lost hope. But even then I didn't see this coming.

  • Zombie Theodore Roosevelt for president.

  • @CommandoDude

I'll take him and his fifth cousin FDR!

  • New Democratic nominee 2012! Someone with the strength and courage to actually attempt change, not just talk about it.

  • @mack8attack Calimar,

Thanks for putting up those numbers. With such numbers, one would think that Obama would not be so popular amongst the Blacks...Hell no,the more his economic policies hurt them, the more they love him.Let them go to bed hungry and let their children suffer..As long as they have their pride in Obama, they care about nothing else....Bunch of idiots

  • @mack8attack Woooo.....i am ready to throw this douchebag out. I am liberal dem, and i've had i with him. I had patience with half assed healthcare, patience with half assed financial reform, etc, but my patience has ran out with this deal. Majority of SMART Americans wanted no tax cuts for the rich, but he went and fucking caved in and listed for only 20 percent of dumbasses.

  • @Stingerbillion Sorry i meant "it" and "listened". lol

  • Tax the rich indeed. You could take 100% of the money of the “rich” and even harvest their organs and it still would not touch the lustful spending demands of Marxian Democrats. But as they have known since FDR and the halcyon days of the ’30s, the real money is in the middle class worker’s pocket – just make them think you are “soaking the rich”. Brilliant strategy if you can continue the deception. Hooray for Opatsy...King of the Cave-In.

  • Let me explain to you dumb libs what caused the bubble. , the govt forced freddie/fannie to back bad bank loans to high credit risk people. Thats what built the bubble. Then, the banks sold these bad "liar loans" to the wizards on wall street who got them AAA rated and created CDO mutual funds that they sold. None of that was possible without the goverment intervention of pushing banks to make bad loans.

  • @calimar28 "the govt", huh! I have to assume you're talking about that 8 years "the govt" under W, right?!

  • @lhbchen ("comment" above) When my local grocery store cashier asked if I thought the $400,000 house he was buying as an investment was a good deal I knew we were in trouble. The house of cards fell quickly. Unfortunately until the housing market stabalizes recovers we'll remain in this economic mess. The White House and Congress just don't get it.

  • @calimar28 Hey dumb convervative, this program was fully embraced by George W. I remember him making it a major plank of his re-election campaign. "We're gonna see that everyone kin buy a house..." And it's also the debt burden that is holding back the economy. These massive deficits were started by Reagan and exploded under Bush. So how do 2 MBAs get in the White House, inherit a balanced budget, and still drive the country into the toilet?

  • @BHallBrowser Bush doubled the debt in 8 years, and he absolutely deserves to be criticized for it. But Obama trippled it in just two years, so can you really justify protecting him from any blame?

  • @Jewavenger Because Obama was forced to spend so much money to avoid complete economic melt down. It's all clean up expenses. Plus he has to spend much more on debt interest payments than any other president. And the debt was around 10 trillion when Obama started - it is not 30 T now. His rate may be tripled, but the total amount is not.

  • @BHallBrowser Sorry, should have clarified. When I say "tripple" I'm referring to the level of debt before Bush. When Bush took office, he took the debt from around $5 trillion to around $10 million(doubling it), Obama took the debt of $10 trillion and brought it to $14 trillion(trippling it). That being said, how can you defend him? Interest rates account for about 5% of Government spending, which is hardly enough to excuse the debt explosion under Obama. Stimulus programs simply don't work.

  • @Jewavenger There is an intragovernmental part of the debt that is equal in size to the %5 you list. In 2007 the combined interest was $433 billion. The only reason it's lower now is because of the current low rates - meaning this # will explode once the recover is stronger. I've been quite clear why I support Obama. So unless you can show me $700 billion in new spending initiated by him then I will still attribute most of the deficit to the republicans wrecking the economy under W.

  • @calimar28 The first intelligent cooment I've seen in a while. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd pushed a few years ago to loosen Freddie and Fannie's underwriting requirements so "everyone could have a chance at home ownership" Look up their comments back then ; they are on the web. Problem was greed, fraud and self dealing started to permeate the home mortgage business.. "Stated income " loans were prevalent and the subprime market blossomed into a nightmare.

  • @biggerturtle Yep, Frank And Dodd brought on the housing crisis by pushing banks to make those high risk loans and loosened Freddie Fannie requirments to back those loans. That was what caused the whole damn recession in short, yet the dems keep saying it is Bushs fault. Dems are ignorant and stupid, they know nothing about econimics, they parrot whatever democrat talking points are flying around. Bunch of heathens.

  • @calimar28 freddie and fannie responsible for the economic meltdown? and you think dems are parroting stuff and know nothing of economics, when the only place that bullshit was ever heard was on fox news? do you think that frank and dodd made it legal for wall street to package shitty mortgages into investment grade vehicles and let them explode on the open market? do you not know that was the result of republican policy to systematically remove roadblocks for trade firms to do this shit??

  • @tyrannosaurusinf14 Yes wall street took advantage of what Frank and Dodd ENABLED THEM TO DO! Jesus Christ, learn SOMETHING about economics will you?

  • @calimar28 so you admit the republicans and wall street goons are theives and commited treason against the american people- glad youve recognized that!!!

  • @salvadory Those wall street goons as you call them could of never done it without Dodd and Frank plus both dems and repubs making it possible for them to do it by gaurenteeing bad loans using freddie/fannie and pushing banks to make liar loans. Yes, the "goons" then took advantage of that, but that like saying "ill open the vault to the bank and hope nobody takes advantage of it. I mean come on....this was both sides fault (not Bush tho), but mostly Dodd (D) and Frank (D). And thats the truth

  • @calimar28 i can see you're gonna need the last word so you can have it after this, your replies on this page are full of misinformation and you didn't even address what i just told you was the real reason for the recession, and you're telling me to learn something about economics? you sill think that wall street needed the go ahead from frank and dodd to do that shit? or that somebody forced them into creating toxic assets? go ahead and keep believing what your overlords are feeding you,..out.

  • @tyrannosaurusinf14 Yes, Wall Street COULD NOT OF created that 'toxic shit" without Dodd and Frank, thats what I have been YELLING but you dont listen. Banks wouldnt of made those loans to low income negros in a million years, so there wouldnt of been anything for wall street to make bad CDO's out of.

  • @tyrannosaurusinf14 dont worry calimar thinks it s ok to "take advantage" of dems mistakes to rob and loot the country and then loves to act like an economist while dismissing unpaid wars and deregulations and safety measures to prevent the kind of theft that wall street brokers and corporations used to roll in profits and then bailouts

  • @calimar28 are you forgetting about republican wall street de- regulation(the #1 cause of finincial meltdown without a doubt) and 2 unpaid for wars and tax breaks and stimulus refunds from Bush when we were at war- its you who needs a history lesson- never in us history where taxes decreased during wartime- and yes the dems take fault as well- by the way clinton passed welfare reform and left a surplus(democrat)

  • @salvadory The unpaid wars added to the debt, had nothing to do with the credit bubble. Again, LEARN ECONIMICS OR CLOSE YOUR TRAP!

  • @calimar28 so republicans took advantage of the whole country along with wall street and you only blame the democrats- thats funny logic? thats like stealing from your neighbors house cause they left there frontdoor open- nice morals- typical!!

And second the debt is our biggest concern idiot so learn economics yourself-

  • @salvadory NO I dont blame just the democrats, I blame mostley Dodd/Frank, and I blame some republicans because they ran the house and could of stopped it, but wanted cred for "getting blacks in homes", so BOTH SIDES. I give Bush a pass since he reversed his stance in home loans and tried to warn us in 2003, 2004, and 2005. The worst of it wasnt that wll street was buying the bad loans and selling them as CDO's with AAA ratings, but the fact the homebuyers couldnt pay the house payments.

  • @calimar28 yes and the key word is UNPAID wars-(Iraq being a complete fraud waste of life and treasure))) unpaid tax breaks- unpaid everything done by both parties but atleast the democrats try to help the middle class and poor(97% of the country while republicans only fight for their wealthy patrons and corporations-) But the truth is we both know the spending needs to stop on both sides- and as far as im concerned i have no concern for the rich as they have no concern for us

  • Anyone remember that ad campaign with the t-shirt that said "change" on it with Obama?

    Me neither..

  • They've had Obama right where they want him for a long time....Obama, I'm disappointed...

  • Most of the "citizens" gettign un-employment at this point, are the negros. Of course liberals are trying to extend their benifits, what do you expect? In Atlanta they form huge lines to get money to pay electric bill. If we dont force them to work, they never will.

  • @calimar28 Obvious troll is obvious.

  • @DauntlessScourge No. You cannot debate the truth.

  • @calimar28 Statistically 16% of blacks are unemployed while about 9% of Caucasians are unemployed. This may seem like this means more blacks are receiving unemployment, but when you factor in the fact that blacks only make up 13% of the American population and whites somewhere in the 76% margin, there are millions more whites receiving unemployment than blacks.

I'm neither white nor black so there is no bias here, I'm just talkin straight up statistics here bud.

  • Why payout welfare (un-employment benifits) for more time? Its only "insurance" for 26 weeks. We are in week 99, if they cant find a job too damn bad. The tax payer should not be stuck with the bill.

  • @calimar28 If the USA was a bouyant economy with low unemployment then yeah, the tax payer should not be paying out. Your country is economically fucked, there are no jobs . Why the hell should people who have worked all thier lives, then lost thier jobs because of the economic policies of the American govt and Wall Street, be tossed into the gutter? I know Americans are fat, ignorant and selfish, but come one. Surely you cant be so self serving that you would see your fellow citizens starve?

  • @martintod2006 My fellow citizens can get off their ass and find a job..they're out there. But one has to LOOK. Too many employers are complaining that people are applying and telling them they dont really want the job, but they have to apply to get unemployment benifits. And welfare is welfare no matter how you slice it. Wall street didnt cause the housing bubble, the govt forced freddie/fannie to back bad bank loans to high credit risk people. Thats what built the bubble.

  • @martintod2006 "I know Americans are fat, ignorant and selfish." Your false generalizations, based on obvious ignorance and immaturity, against an entire group unfortunate enough to compose a nation you've chosen to oppose is no better than racism, sexism, or any other form of descrimination any moral person would stand against. Perhaps we should all assume that anyone from your country is an immature, racist, and undereducated ass hole. Wouldn't be very fair, would it?

  • I would support Cenk for president XD

And as far as Obama goes he is spineless.

  • Cenk Uygur for President 2012!

  • @benchfordeath I wish he was eligible :( I'm pretty sure he was born in Turkey, sadly. (Unless the people can somehow make an exception, which I doubt).

  • Yes, Obama caved. But where was our anger when the spineless Dems caved before the election?? the senate did not let the taxes come to a vote. Obama came out aganist the cuts setting up the fight, the house passed a bill to limit the cuts to the job doers, and the wimpy senate passed it on until now. The fight should have been before the election.

  • I don't see why they even take polls or bother to hold press confrences anymore lol. they don't follow the polls to see what to fight for and then have a press confrence to brag about shit that nobody wanted in the first place according to the polls that nobody bothered to go by lol what a joke Obama's term has been. after this last election and his fake tax fight he has assured a republican white house next term( there's a change you can believe in) .

  • A. Remember, Reagan did it with a Democractic Congress in both houses

    B. A lot of little parliamentary tricks and maneuvers that were passed within the Senate by Republicans, are now coming back to haunt us as they pull out each of those things plus good ole' filibuster. It's a toxic enviroment right now, and you've got an electorate that can't see past it.

  • i feel a little sorry for him though. everyone walks all over him.

  • Obama has experience couching Special Olympic Athletes... so when his team scored for the opposing team he still made them feel like winners... "yeuuugghheeyyy my coach is the best!"

  • HELL NO, F U C K DREAM ACT! that act is a foothold for absolute disaster (like forever type stuff), but the rest of it ... obama is painfully ignorant and naive (and dare i even say, dangerously underqualified)

    GRAYSON FOR PRESIDENT 2012!

  • @paragshah2112 GRAYSON FOR PRESIDENT 2012!

YES! Now that is a man I can stand behind!

  • "That means your down 10 nothing big guy" haha.. love it

  • I said this would be the last straw and it is. President Obama fucking sucks

  • I want a progressive president...

    :(

  • @MrNDSteinbach Obama is getting progressively shittier.... Does that count?

  • Maybe we can pay off our debt with magic. :(

  • @52questionmarks Great idea!!! Let's pray it away!!!! Everyone altogether -- ON THREE!!

  • thank you democrats for completley disowning obama. i'll make sure i'll vote for you guys again for the 2012 elections. obama however, can go fuck himself

  • I can no longer supportt Whimp Barack!

  • wait wait, Ronald Reagan EXTENDED unemployment?

Isn't Ronald Reagon the republican idol?

Guess republicans just pick and choose, would explain why a lot of them are fundie Christians as well...

  • @mecher3k Obama would be the next republican hero if he wasn't black. He's making up for it by being way more right wing than any other republican president!

  • @mecher3k Compared to Obama.. Reagan is a left-wing wacko.

  • New York Times: Economic Scene. For Obama, Tax Deal is a Back-Door Stimulus.

Funny, that's what I would have said about it too. I'm not sure I'd share their definition of the headline though.

  • CENK LIKES MEN!

I'm no longer commenting on Cenk's politics. I will now only focus on his questionable sexuality.

  • @liquifex - HaHaHahahaHa!...He's way too confident about his sexuality now, for anything that anyone says about him in that regard to ever bother him!

But as Cenk would say...'HAVE AT IT HORSE'!

  • i loath obama

  • @supertito123 Can we hug it out?

  • Now im not surprised AT ALL that the republicans did this but what i want to ask to any right wing buffoon who voted for these morons is ARE YOU FUCKING SATISFIED NOW THAT YOU VOTED THE GREATER EVIL INTO OFFICE? Fucking idiots piss me off. And now we're all fucked cause they STILL arent ratifying the START treaty, OR DADT. So good job you fucking retarded ass right wingers. I honestly think there should be a test of one's political knowledge of the candidates BEFORE you can cast a vote.

  • I smell backroom politics.

  • back to the drobama board

  • Here, Barack, here boy.

    C'mon.

    Good boy.

    Now beg.

    Okay...but stop licking my hand.

Good, now roll over, ROOL OVER.

    Good boy!

  • You can't negotiate with terrorists (Republicans).

  • Obama loses both ways on this one!...If the tax cut fail (no extra jobs created by the rich), then Obama will be blamed for agreeing to the tax cuts!

If the tax cuts works (and the rich create lots of new jobs), then the Repugnicans will crow that it's down to them without Obama's support.

So either way he appears to be in 'check-mate'!

  • get even vote Stephen SC2012 Colbert is there write-in Stephen heroes

  • GOD DAM! WTF?!...Obama is saying that the Republicans are BLACKMAILING him into giving the rich tax cuts...OTHERWISE, those evil Repugnicans will stop unemployment benefit!!!

Obama should have CALLED THEIR BLUFF in this POLITICAL POKER GAME! HE SHOULD TELL THEM TO DO THEIR WORST (COS THE REPUBLICANS OBVIOUSLY 'DON'T CARE' IF MIDDLE CLASS & POOR AMERICANS CAN'T PAY THEIR BILLS).

THE REPUGNICANS ARE USING THE UNEMPLOYED TO GET WHAT THEY WANT FOR THEIR RICH BUDDIES!

  • @12235117657598502586 Mmmmmm, actually, the Republicans are FOR extending benefits, they just wanted them paid for. I know that’s a scary thing for liberals, living within your means, but it actually works. Hey, where’s that 600 billion in Medicare waste and fraud the Democrats said they were going to cut? You didn’t actually believe them did you?

  • @BriansVideoHobby and you didn't vote McCain... I some how don't believe that with that logic you've just spilled...

  • @BriansVideoHobby How the FUCK is the government going to pay for the extension of those benefits if it ALSO gives tax cuts to the richest Americans? This is going to BLOW A GIANT FUCKING HOLE in the budge because not only are you losing money on the extended benefits, youre ALSO losing money because you just cut 800 BILLION dollars of taxes from it over the next two years. Passing both the tax cut AND unemployment benefits was ABSOLUTELY retarded. This is fucking ridiculous.

  • @crackerkiller89 - Like I said earlier, if the tax cuts work by 2012, the Repugnicans will take the credit....If the tax cuts fail (most likely), They'll blame it on Obama for not resisting them!

    Either way he loses!

  • @crackerkiller89 Well, they could stop paying a million dollars teaching African men how to wash their balls. They could actually cut the 600 billion in waste and fraud from Medicare like they promised when they were lying about the cost of Obamacare (and then counted AGAIN in the Medicare budget to try to say Medicare was solvent). I wouldn't oppose a tax on the filthy rich but that isn't who we are talking about here. Low taxes increases tax revenues. Study up.

  • obama didnt give away shit. he is letting Americans keep more of their money. instead of pissing it away.

  • @BUDDAWG2004 Shhhhhh, you're scaring the liberals! They think it's all theirs because theirs messiah said it was so,

  • @BUDDAWG2004 ............nevermind the 80 billion some odd dollar increase to our deficit, right?

Dumb ass. That extra money you're keeping in your pocket, we borrow from CHINA. Oh no problem there, right?? Pffffftttttttt

  • @YourBrainOnReligion I didnt get shit from China. I have held a job from the time I was allowed to work. cut that cash out of the benifits from people who dont earn a living. it may give them some motivation. for the most part whats mine is mine. I am not happy with the amount of taxes now.

why dont you work for 26 years and tell me how much Is fair for the government to take from you. after waking up at 3:30 am and busting your ass all day to provide for your family. you fucking douche bag

  • @BUDDAWG2004 You're retarded. YOU didn't get shit from China, our GOVERNMENT does though. You clearly don't understand the basics of global economics. If we do not have enough money to pay our bills we have two options: A) Borrow it, or, B) Print fresh money and devalue what we have already. We try to avoid B as much as possible so we borrow it from China. 80 billion deficit = 80 billion BORROWED.

Maybe you should have spent a few of those 26 years in night classes educating yourself, eh?

  • HAHAHAHA! Stenky is STILL crying because his savior Mr Hope and Change is screwing him! YOU didn't listen did you Stenky? We TOLD you morons he WOULDN'T and COULDN'T deliver on his INSANE promises.

  • @BriansVideoHobby lol and you think mccain would have done us any better? If you weren't so focused on the competitiveness of the political game and actually understood the impact these games have on our entire country, I don't see how you could be laughing.

  • @YourBrainOnReligion I didn't vote McCain. I'm laughing and I'm going to keep laughing at how stupid liberals are. No worries my friend, we taking over and we'll straighten it out. Say goodbye to Democrats for another 20 years.

  • @BriansVideoHobby Well if you didn't vote for Obama and you didn't vote for McCain, you might as well have not voted. Congratulations.

Yeah, democrats are the one on the fence here.... you're irreversible stupid, I fear.

  • @YourBrainOnReligion No, if you hadn't of voted for Obama and had voted for my man, we wouldn't be in this mess.

  • @BriansVideoHobby Who? Ron Paul?

  • @BriansVideoHobby Well we agree on that, at least. I was also a RP supporter and until he lost the primaries, I was fully prepared to finally register as there was someone I could honestly stand behind. But the republicunts even fucked that up too. GOD I HATE REPUBLICANS!!! lol

But still, I do not see how you laugh at Obama's pains when it is our countries pains. That was my whole point. If you understood what a dire situation we're in, idk how anyone laughs about it.

  • @YourBrainOnReligion Oh, I understand. Unfortunately, with the government we have now, there's really nothing I can do but laugh at him and his foolish supporters. 2012 had better be a wakeup call or it's all going down the drain. By then we will have a bigger debt than our GDP.

  • @BriansVideoHobby Yes it's incredible sad. We're in for a hell of a ride, folks.

  • A Liberal/Progressive Barack Obama supporter = Oxymoron

  • Cenk, I wish you could run for president.

  • How's that hopey changey thing working out for you. LOL

  • @Maxwedge12000 palin? is that you?? lol...go club some more fish in the head...keep the adult discussions to us ;)

  • This is hilarious. The lefties got shafted by the bum they elected. bwwahahahaha

  • Anything I'm looking for on thrillist?

  • History will judge Obama even more harshly than even Bush. This is it folks, 2010 is the beginning of the end. Obama had a chance to right the ship, but couldn't. He failed the Americans - even the dumbarses who don't see what's coming.

  • @ijustwannawatchshite I find it hard to believe he couldn't. I think a more rational assessment is that he wouldn't. I think if the lid was ever lifted on his background it would reveal a totally corrupt individual.

He no doubt has some intelligence and its impossible he left that behind the minute he cross the threshold of the Whitehouse. My question has always been just where de he come from to get elected to the highest office in the land. No daddy behind him to buy it so he sold out.

  • @Telcontar1962 You might be on to something....

  • @Telcontar1962 You're right, I should have said "didn't". And I agree with you again about him being a corporate shill.

  • Prepare for Zimbabwe-like hyper inflation.

  • LOL yeah Cenk Im sure Obamas just THIS bad at negotiations and not doing this on purpose...yeah thats it...

  • I can understand the need to make compromises sometime. However, in the very nature of a compromise, you get something in return. Apparently, neither President Obama nor the Republicans know how to make a compromise.

  • I was initially pissed about this "deal" when I first heard about it. But I calmed down, tried to be objective and really looked at it fairly. Now that I've taken some time to really look at it I'm more angry than I was before. Either Obama is actually a republican or he's just one of the worst politicians in Washington. How can he admit that he has the support of the public AND simultaneously do the opposite. I've never seen anything like this before.

  • i most definately second that... the question now is if enough pressure is going to be places on obama and on other democrats to reign them in... i really admire this guy bernie sanders attitude right now... feels like we need more like him.

  • The Obama tax cuts must not pass!

That's right the Obama tax cuts!

I have been going crazy the last few days ranting and raving, I have an entire page of things I want to say and every time I go to write them here I get so mad I want to spit.

While making the 10th batch of cheesecakes for my kids Santa night tomorrow it hit me "THE OBAMA TAX CUTS"

The Democrats will have no one to blame for these tax cuts but them selves.

lets call it like it is "The Obama tax cuts"

  • You know what... FUCK IT... i see bad comments about Obama and it's of coure bcause Cenk it criticising him BUT Cenk is right and anyone else who is pissed at Obama has every right to be... I feel like this is what the moderate republicans felt (almst but in a different way of course) when Bush was president...

  • i really admire this cenk guy, the man is articulate, smart as hell, gets his point across every time. he needs a bigger audience... the white house for example

  • you must not watch TYT... he has a HUGE audience called the TYT ARMY subscribe and become part of it!!! LOL WOW do I sound like a shill or what.. lol No seiously though Cenk IS awesome and he tells the facts no matter what!

  • @upplsuckimcool16

ive recently began to follow TYT and ive seen how cenk has been on msnbc last month and all this... but would you say he's becoming a well known media figure or is his audience mainly TYT viewers? cause it would be great if he was starting to branch out to a wider audience... i think the way he delivers analysis of news would perhaps resonate even more powerfully than a say keith olbermann or john stewart or what not...

  • @robben9 He's not vouching for money, why would they care?

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone hate these new ads as much as I do?

  • @epsilon8998 The bills have to be paid.

  • @melshorse Yeah that's what they always say right after they sell their souls to become corporate cronies themselves

  • @epsilon8998 If you can afford a computer, you're not doing enough for the third world. You should sell it so a few people can be fed.

  • @Xerxes4242 This isn't my computer. Selling someone else's property would be immoral. Why don't you live up to your own advice and do it yourself then? You'd do the youtube community a favor by ridding it of another worthless user.
