Was disappointed for 2 reasons-the game has only!! 7acts no matter how big the map looks like-i'd think at the beginning u'll visit all stations.Last 3 acts r boring as hell-walking from point A to point B only to see the game playing itself/u watch vids of the characters doing stuff

Game's innovative in the environment/walking tunnels/causing u to adapt the way u fight like not in different games(kind of like Dead Space)-enjoyed only sand box fights

its a very good game, quite difficult if you muck up on reloading and accidently put in ur millitary grade ammo on your assualt rifle. grenades are a bit iffy since i would expect them to roll. very good well worth the money to buy it

this game has a story like hl2 (save the world)

guns, movements, ppl are the same as COD4 and 6

maps: stalker feeling but in high definition and no repeat

health: far cry 2

enemies: like in stalker. monstrers and fractions

the story is okay, but fighting is very annoying. you have to shoot 10 bullets sometimes. monsters are ok too cuz its not hard to kill them. one of the problem is to go through the map. I beat this game twice but at the second try I was lost.

The graphics with games on consoles are solely based on the creators engines I dont think however they will be using DX 10-11 for consoles any time soon. But with a good HD TV your still going to get good graphics regardless. You want DX 11? Spend some money on a Good PC :D Thats why I only buy exclusive games on consoles.. and PC for anything else.

You can't compare the games as one is linear FPS with added RPG elements, the other is an open world RPG/Action game with shooter elements.

The metro level designs resemble Fallout 3's more than Stalker, but creature designs and atmosphere is more like Stalker. But Metro 2033, being a tiny percent of Fallout's world, totally balances this with x10 quality in all departments.

METRO is linear FPS game's peak. I recommend all three games. And Crysis. :)

i just got this game for PC- and IT KICKS SO MUCH FRIGGIN ASS. THE GAME IS BEAUTIFUL. It literally makes this look ugly. Yes its that good looking for PC. Im talking about Full on Post Processing effects, Full Object Motion Blur, Physx Particle effects and smoke. amazing high deffinition textures and HDR Lighting where the lights are the actual light source instead of fake lights placed through out the map. I personally think it has better graphics than Crysis in certain aspects.

The developers try to evoke certain feelings in you (like dread, anxiety, despair) during the experience, and I think they pull it off well.
