Kill both spies near the runestone at dusk. Be at the runestone twice at dusk.

There are 20 Runestone in all, 13 green and 7 red Runestone. Each Runestone give you different thing. It can hlep you increase your speed, strenght, or other thing.

Thx, i did this quest and the first agent i killed was Saveri Faram. For those who have it the same way, just wait till 6 pm and then jearl will come to the stone too. :)

heres a good glitch that can rly help u,conjur up some bound stuff(through stone things,scrolls,or manually)get it damaged,then repair it,then immediatly drop it,wait for the timer to go out,then pick it up and walla,u have permanet bound stuff that is as good as daedric stuff only with 0 weight =D

the armour is not as good its slithly weaker and the weapons of bound is horribly weak but i did that to just to try it im a master in armour so i dont need conjuration and its better getting daidera

just a suggestion,in between vids,u should kida go around and try to level up or find new items /armour/etc,just so u can have some new stuff to use(especially enchanted stuff)

For 360, around 1 gig free HDD space (If using an HDD), for PC, same as Oblivion. You can't download for the PC, it's sold separately for half the price of Oblivion (I think), for Xbox, you can download for a price at the XBL Market place, or get the Edition of the Year and get it with the Oblivion game.

i got there at 11:30pm and jearl was still their. go to the runestone and just wait to 5am - 7am and the spies die without you having to kill them well thats what i did, accidently thinking it said 'pm'.

That happend to me the first time I did it, but wait at *dawn* in the same place you found the second spy and she should be there. You have to wait around the shrine though for her to appear THEN go to the shrine. If that doesn't work talk to Burd and he won't let you in, so your journal will show you another way to get you in her house.
