I also speak sub par Italian and Spanish is my mother language .(I'm Hispanic)
And if you did know what you were talking about you would know non of the words here even resembled there spanish counterpart (apart from canal and amico and vendetta )
@JhonnyWisdomRock Your attempt to flame me just show that you can't read and understand English properly x) I never wrote about Spanish words translated from Italian or the opposite. Anyway, wasted enough time with you, have fun trying again :D
this is genius, probably my favorite sketch out of everything robot chicken has done. I dont know how long the novelty would last, but if they made a 30 minute italian opera of wrath of khan, I would watch it.
Apparently Nicholas Meyer was already talking about doing an opera of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country with Cliff Eidelman when he first saw this little masterpiece. He apparently loved it, too.
Robot Chicken should take a break from the Star Wars specials and work on a full length version of this and/or Andrew Lloyd Webber's Beastmaster musical from season two (the one with David Hasselhoff) because hell, I'd pay to see these two. One can dream, I suppose
this was effing epic! Why don't they do the whole movie like this...I'd pay to watch it or borrow it from a friend that I knew....If they weren't watching it and knew where it was and it was okay with them...
I've done far worse than kill those 7 people. I've hurt them. And I wish to go on hurting them. I shall leave them as they left me, as they left her. Marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive. Buried alive. Buried alive...
I've done far worse than kill those 7 people. I've hurt them. And I wish to go on hurting them. I shall leave them as they left me, as they left her. Marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive. Buried alive. Buried alive...
@MLKKAEFEnterprises lol probably couldnt understand it because of the language.....i believe it was Italian just because of the "o" sound neer the end of most words and the use of "vendetta" in place of "revenge" but....i could be wrong, it could be turkish or some random ass shit that noone bothers learning.
Le Wrath di Khan. Star Trek is the modern stories of adventure and literature; just makes me want to weep at all of the college students who flunk Star Trek literature class.

That said, as much as I think Star Trek II is awesome and all, Picard [*flinch*] is still the greatest Starfleet captain of all time. :D
Using my limited knowledge of pronunciation of Italian (based on reading along with opera), my also limited knowledge of Spanish congnates, Babel Fish, Italian grammar sites, and lots and LOTS of reviewing, I think I have the Italian lyrics for this if anyone is interested.
The depths to which I go to satisfy my obsessions scare me.
@OROCHIMARU5944 Why yes there is a real Trek opera. There is also one for Star Wars. R2D2 gets a solo called Figaro le Bleep Bleep Bloop. Chewbaka too. The Ewoks are the chorus.
