  • I had to go to the emergency dept. because of a UTI that caused major AD a couple of months ago and when I explained exactly what it was to the Dr. she was convinced it was Complex Regional Pain Syndrome! I told her it wasn't, and explained everything again (through a splitting headache trying not to pass out while my blood pressure was sky high), but she didn't listen. So now I have a diagnosis of CRPS in my file that I can't seem to get rid of...

  • This was particularly informative and helpful. Having a card on you stating what Autonomic Dysreflexia is and how it should be treated is an excellent idea in a world where most hospital workers have never heard of it.
