Wings are useless on FF cars because they push the rear of the car down and remove grip from the drive wheels...but on a FR drift car the wing adds grip to the drive wheels when needed, especially when the side-G's are added to the equation. You should take your own advice and chill out a little

@reddot44 A carbon fiber wing is not that heavy. At speed, and especially while cornering at speed, it acts as the complete opposite as a airplane wing: instead of creating lift, the air pressure created as air flows over the wing presses down. As for being a ricer, you must have confused me with someone else; aside from my '88 RX-7, which has a small stock wing that is just for looks, I don't own anything ricey, I own a truck I use for work and such

Do you really think that dedicated race cars would have wings if they were "useless"? Sure, they're basically useless at normal road speeds (and therefore useless on most road cars, I agree) but D1 cars like this do much more than normal road speeds and can therefore justify the use of wings for downforce.

at which the wheel's ended up at. Initially thought it might be a volk/rays te37 or one of their 57-series alloy, but judging from the thickness of the spokes in relation to the rest of the wheel, I'd probably guess at the rota boost drift series. Hope that helps
