i have the option speaker bar and it sounds really nice and yo dont have to worry about speaketrs on your desk, its not those built in speakers that you usually hear like on a laptop it sounds better htan my tv

What would be my biggest complaints about the 2401 are the fact that they removed all the ports and jacks that were present on the 2400. The other being the bizarre PIP setup which in order to work you have to be running VGA and not DVI. So with the PIP - I'll agree with you in saying that's stupid. But in the end the picture quality makes up for it.

Very nice! but what about the pixle response time, why do you need 2ms? I tought that anything below 10 ms would mean perfect and without blur. 5ms still has a bit of blur?

that lcd is sick man- i got a 22" HD2200 paired with a 19" HD ViewSonic lcd for dual displays- when people come over they love using my computer cuz not alot of people have Dual Displays.

Yeah man! People's reaction are always the best because they assume when you have 2 monitors you have 2 computers. Then when you give them a demo they're completely amazed.

It's great for gaming AS LONG AS you have external speakers

Right, I have a big question. HD resolution is 1920x1080 BUT this monitor's native resolution is 1920x1200 giving a different aspect ratio (16:10). So won't there be some letter boxing whenever watching 16:9 content?

When I get a new computer, I will put all my old unboxing videos on youtube, my computer not really that good now to do any good editing but just curious, what do you use to edit as far as speeding up and slowing your videos down go I like the aspect you speed through the unnecessary parts

Thanks for watching! I use Sony Vegas Pro 8 to edit. Applying slow motion or speed increase in this NLE is really easy.

Could you maybe give me a few pointers, because that's what I use as well but like I said its hard to do things because my computer runs slow, rendering HD takes forever. I'm fairly new to the program and wouldn't mind some tips Via AIM/MSN if you can? That's if you have the time, sorry to impose
