Really weak car, even an old rusted down volvo 140 would perform better in a slow crash like that.

Actually, the Volvo 140 was quite a safe car with good crumple zones etc. Guess this was the reason why they stopped selling the Pantera in the US. I've seen a Pantera body, it isn't done very well.
