  • u should widen your grip about an inch...

  • spotter not suppose to help untill the bar goes down

  • dude you looked like you pretty much had that. I'm sure you've crushed that weight by now

  • you must work on your technique if you want to improve. like the last guy mentioned, widen your grip a bit and focus on keeping your lats pushed together underneath you. then you must lower the bar to your upper/mid lat area while keeping your elbows IN on the negative

  • Widen your grip a little and breathe out on the way up.

  • close. keep working at it and you will destroy that weight!
