@MissLeo5 the freezer paper sticks to the shirt so you can get a clear image, if you just used normal paper it wouldnt stick and the image would be really messy looking =)
I was wondering once you iron on the insides after the pink has dried...when you go to pull off the pieces you painted black...don't the pieces pull up the pink paint off the shirt?
Just purchased a cricut last month and have been having fun with it. Looking forward to trying this stencil technique next. Very informative video, thanks for the lesson!
Very Cute!! A lot of work though..lol. But worth it if you're patient. Not sure we can buy Renolds Freezer Paper in Canada though. I've never seen it or any kind of freezer paper.
Did you iron the second layer of freezer paper over the pink paint while it was still damp? Any issues with this? Also, did you use the Tulip glitter paint medium, or just add the glitter to the wet black paint?
I noticed on your expression that you have a "pressure" guide, and it seems another type of cheat sheet on the bottom panel. Does that come with the machine or is it something you fixed for your?
Inoticed on the flap of your open Expression, there ws a list of speed and pressure settings for various papers. Did you add that or is it a feature? It is not on the original Cricut? Can you share that?
I really like what you did here ill give it a try tks.
