I'm a huge 49ers fan and the same thing happened this year, our front 7 is the best in football and they get so much pressure on the QB that the secondary gets easy picks. Carlos Rogers and Goldson are definitely better than Chris hope ever was, (by far) but if it weren't for that d-line, they would never make the pro-bowl... except for the fact that everyone drops out of the pro bowl these days.

@PieandBiscuits yeah, what's the deal with the probowl being before the superbowl, it's ridiculous..and yeah that's true, great safeties are hard to find, I'm a Giants fan and I think Kenny Phillips still has potential..but I rarely see him intercept anything, but they never do blitz with linebackers...so it's a great blitz considering it's 4 guys...maybe the Giants will meet the 49ers in the playoffs..
