Fail, does not compare at all to the snow hawk, I feel if anything you have taken away some of the fun factor of this sled.
I do like the concept but believe a single ski snowmobile should be on a platform closer to that of a Sportbike. good luck with your project.

cool, you guys beat me to it :) Try a wider ski (twice what it is now pretty much) with a bit of a vertical lip on each edge, I think it will help stability at low speeds a bit.

You should have a wider track it would make it a little bit more stable
