speaking of , the engineer on the train that crashed was a friend of mine.

Im not sure how he did it, but he derailed 19 or 20 cars (tank cars) with hydrochloric acid in them and most of them went into a creek. The second motor was a KCS southern Belle, and from what he's said he's lucky to be alive, he didnt lose his job and he's back on call.

all i know is that about seven cars derailed and hazmat was called to the scene. that's as much as i know.

Well I don't know whats accurate and whats not but according to the newspaper in my area it says that the train had 91 cars and 19 of them derailed but then again News Media can exagerate things.

I am glad u uploaded this, I called the Amtrak Automated thing to find out what line the 1st train I saw came from and it said there was a service disruption on Mendota Sub and I was wondering what happened and where and now I know.
