There WERE some good voices behind this song...the mike on the video camera probably picks up mostly the voices closest to the camera and probably is not the best representation of the power of the audience's voices. I know from personal experience that the audiences at the Philly Festival are not shy about singing along and that they are very good at it. If I were to imagine an angel choir, it would be the audience singing along at the PFF

It was at least old folkies in the audience. But I suspect that Christine Lavin who appeared on stage just before John, sat in the audience and sang along...
