  • Sad, but true: this does not work for me because I have thin, short, straight eyelashes. I need a real curler.

  • All of you shudd be qirls unless your gay,metro,others... but RESPECT!!! Im straiqht tho ;)

  • If y'all are still having difficulty keeping your lashes curled after trying these tips, you should try waterproof mascara. It's tough to remove but I've found it holds the curl all day. Try it!

  • your gorgeous omg!

  • Will be trying this next time I put mascara on :)

  • Can you do an update of this video? It is really hard to see it with the makeup you're wearing, plus now you have a better camera! :)

  • This was a neat trick! Thanks so much (:

  • pretty!!

  • did you even curl ur lashes

  • Lash in a Tube is a wonderful mascara, but as soon as I got hooked, they stopped selling it in my area!! =( That always happens! Anyway, I've always used mascara to manipulate my lashes, I haven't used a curler in years. My lashes are long already so I just apply and keep "bending" up while I apply 2-3 coats and it curls them and does the trick everytime. =) But since I have the wand out for more seconds than the average curling the lashes, my mascaras tend to dry out faster too. Oh well.

  • wow you can really see the difference! thankyou!

  • Hi Nur! I know this might be somewhat of a stupid question but.... do you usually use your left hand when applying mascara onto your left eye? I'm right-handed and definitely can't control my left hand as well as my right, but sometimes it does get a bit frustrating to really get into those lashes on the inner corner of the left eye while holding the wand with my right hand.... It'll be awesome if you have any tips on that! Thanks as always =D

  • wow i love your ring.

  • That was actually one of the best tips I've ever gotten, I only put on one coat, but the starting at the roots and twirling the wand made my lashes at least twice as long, and it didn't take any time at all! Thank you so much!

  • I really had doubts about this but it really does make a difference. My lashes definatly look alot darker and curled. The only down fall is if you don't have a really good non clump formula this techinque will make it worse. Also, I want to know how long this lasts. When I curl my lashes it does not last more than an hour. We will see though

  • Fantastic Video, great tips!! :-) I will definitely be trying this.

  • awesome. is it worth it, if you spent more money on brand name such as Dior or Chanel?

  • @1pheap I'm crazy about DiorShow Blackout! I think it's case by case- there are some really great drugstore brands and then there are some crummy name brand mascaras. Mascara is one of the hardest makeup formulations to perfect! I have always used two mascaras to get it just right. I would try several different brands and find something that works for you!

  • Next time, don´t use eyeliner, cause I really can´t see well your eyelashes with that, but I´m sure it worked a lot. So thanks for the tip, I´ll definitely try it.

  • ima try this :)

it was kinda hard to tell since your eyeliner was so dark though.

  • I love your hair, it looks like celebrity hair.

  • I find that when applying mascara after curling my lashes, does not work for me. The mascara weighs down my eyelashes and becomes straight again. So doing this trick would be a no no for me. Any other tips? My eyelashes are super stubborn and want it curled like yours.

  • i do the same trick too!!!

i thougth i was the only one that did that..lol,glad to know im not the only one

layering makes eyelashes look sooo big:)

  • My 3 step mascara application procedure works like wonder. Check out my channel and see a video called Dolly Curled Lashes. Tks!

  • thank you for the tips! i'll try it :D

  • thank you sooo much!! amazing!

  • OMG best tip EVER!!Works perfectly on my eyes, thank you so much for sharing this with us :)

  • You're so welcome!!!

  • Great tip!! I used to use Dior directly on my lashes and I saw that my lashes were getting weak and falling out. I am definitely going to try your tip and use the Dior last. Thanks!! BTW, LOVE LOVE your ring!!

  • Do we need 3 types of mascaras to do that?

  • Hi! You definitely don't need three types of mascara- one will work just fine. The reason I use three is because I've found layering different types works best for the effect I want. Mascara as a manufactured product is VERY young and I think the makeup industry will continue to see mascara change by leaps and bounds. =)

  • I tried this tip and it's def not bad.

  • Yay =)

  • WOW ur eyelahes really pop out!

would this still work with stubborn eyelashes cause sometimes i curl my lashes and there fine until i apply the mascara and my eyelashes come down.

  • You should try it and see how it works! I think that the eyelashes must be falling back down because of the weight of the mascara. If you curl your eyelashes with this technique before the mascara sets and dries, it should help hold the curl. Let me know how it works for you!

  • ur so pretty !

  • my eyelashes are too short :(

  • maybe we'll try something that focuses more on lengthening lashes? I've used Tweezerman Fast Lash Lengthening Fibers and with a little practice (and somewhat of a mess on your countertop!), I actually like the effect it has on my lashes. It's a white fiber and I've seen similar products with a dark fiber, but I can only vouch for what I've tried.

  • this is soooo helpful , you are amezing

  • So glad I could help!

  • Thank you!

  • Hey, thanks. It works for me, too! <3 Thank you so much!

  • Happy to hear that! =)
