  • I would get a Warwick rock bass for the same price, there bolt on bass's but they play like 1000 dollar guitars

"there bolt on bass's but they play like 1000 dollar guitars"

There are bolt on basses that are way more expensive than that.

  • A RAMBLE ON!!

  • I bought the five string version, the Taurus T25, back in January and have not looked back.

I've found that the Taurus series are amazing value and quality, must be said.

  • I bought this as my second bass, a year or two after starting out on a junker. I feel absolutely spoiled with this bass, and have been a happy owner of this guitar for over 4 years now. Thanks to Washburn for a great bass! I'm not a huge fan of the standard electronics, and replacing the pick-ups can be a bit of a hassle because they are similar, but not quite the same dimensions, as a standard J-style pick-up. However, I am throughly satisfied with this guitar!

  • @AudioKid2k8 You answered my question! I kind of suspected that the pickups may be of a different size than the standard J-style pickups. :/

  • An awesome bass. I used to compare it to the Stingray, but I've realized they're completely different animals. The T24 has the faster, more playable neck while the Stingray, with its baseball-bat p-bass neck, feels slower but far more solid with way better slap tone (slap on both unplugged, and it's obvious). Be careful with changing humidity/temp: laminate construction coupled with a long, thin neck means it needs frequent truss rod/saddle adjustments to keep the action low and neck buzz free.

  • Yeah me too

    i love it

  • This was my first bass too.
