Congress has a million rules and procedures that both parties manipulate for their benefit -- maneuvers that you will never see here.

This is just a technicality -- both sides manipulated the system to achieve the outcome they wanted, and that is what people are complaining about here. If you're going to complain, be consistent. There are lots of ways of being true to whatever side you're on without becoming a hypocrite.
