  • Reading the responses to this is funny. People fight so much over whether we're supposed to do this or that. If Durianrider had a "diabetic response" on this diet...don't you think that it would've showed up in the blood work that he's shown us? lol

  • Wake up call people! I'm sure that if I saw a DurianRider video where he's saying,"Be healthy, eat fruits and veggies because they make me feel good,"I wouldn't have changed my lifestyle. His brutal honesty caught my attention and made me take a good hard look at what I'm doing to my body.He tells is how it is.His honesty and passion is what persuaded me to change my diet and my life to be healthier and happier. I can tell he cares!! It's tough love and I appreciate it completely!

  • I can easily eat half a big water melon as 1 meal. Then about 20 bananas and greens and other fruits. David should read the 80/10/10 diet.

  • I love the way you break it down...

  • there is lots of days where i have eaten only 1000 calories. if I don't burn much calories in a day, I eat much less. When I am working hard, I eat much more.

  • Love your vids. Thank you Harley!!

  • Honestly, the only time I feel shitty eating raw fruit is when I fall off the wagon while eating raw fruit, and my body tries to expel it.

  • logic *

  • Love yr login and comparisons)

  • Thank you for exposing very good points :)

  • I get a lot of flack for getting slimmer and trimmer at my age ( 50 ) from everybody around me. Louisville Ky area. And I eat more than anybody I know. 10 bananas, 3 mangos, 1 pineapple, 1-2 cucumbers, 10 dates, 4-6 oranges, apple or pear or both, 1 head if lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 2 avacados, red pepper, lots of water, sometimes more, everyday. Yummy!!!! Thanks for the help!!

  • Thanks!!!!

  • Fruit is the way to go! It is NOT the equivalent of high fructose corn syrup.

  • Love the video Harley. Oh and your comments about honey were spot on. I think it's funny that there are a bunch of vegans cropping up praising the virtues of raw honey. I usually laugh at them and then I get the same crap about not judging. Oh, and a rather well known raw foodist, who's name in Matt, banned me from making comments because I laughed when he spoke about who was marrying him and how she was going to ask a goddess for spiritual names for them. lol

  • grt video :)

  • I am eating kiwi, spinach and strawberry salad and am 'buzzing' is that normal for someone starting 80-10-10?

  • harlian you are really a tool, u got a bike, a pinched vas daferans and a luv of fruit, it aint enough and u will whiter away, then again u already are, u just talk about as much as u ride your toy around. tool fuck n nothing else.

  • Will I get fat by eating 6 or even 8 pounds of grapes a day? plus like 10 apples?

Is it ok to eat cooked broccoli, or some quinoa?

  • Durianrider has a symbiotic relationship with David LMAO, he's a parasite XD. I'm jealous. I wanna be herpes so I can be in more than one place at a time.

  • great video. very helpful. and funny :)

  • Thanks durianriders. Some people just don't know. Be reasonable and objective. God bless

  • A friend of mine went on a 0 carb/sugar fast/detox lately to lose weight. He specifically highlighted that he was on a no sugar diet. Anyway he got sick for 2 weeks. But he managed to blame it on the toxins coming out of his kidneys.

People want to see you crash and burn when you are doing so well. I have been eating high fruit for 7 years, not completely raw yet but vegan. In those 7 years I have not had sickness of any kind. Im 6 foot 92 kilos, all muscle of course :p thanks to lots of fruit

  • you kick ass when your helpfull and supportive! Good work!

  • I wonder if Daniel will ever watch this. If so, he would inevitably see at least SOME hypocrisy in what he teaches. It's impossible for him not to!

  • lol, chipmunk fur smoothie

  • Fantastic material! Classic DR video, LOVE IT. 1-10 at the end is epic 'in the zone' truths. Thanks for all your time and effort for the community!

  • who wrote the book you talked about amazon has to many entries?

  • @jdelphin Reversing Diabeties by Dr Neil Barnard?

  • @durianriders no found it tho tx!

Left in the Dark Tony Wright and Graham Gynn

This is a totally new way of looking at the evolution of the human brain. It is so totally fresh, unexpected and hitherto un-thought-of that it will probably take a long time before evolutionary anthropologists and psychologists begin to take it on board; but it will make an impact, of that there is no doubt. It will be, it must be, taken very seriously in any discussion of human origins. Colin Groves:

  • @durianriders

Harley Great video as usual, id like to know how much in agreement or disagreement are you with Victoria Boutenko's teachings on diet, especially with respect to what she teaches on Greens ?

  • @durianriders You're not fasting is bad are you? You're right when you say fasting alone won't heal everything and needs to be paired with eating right and exercising but you're not against it are you?

  • @LordAngus1992 who needs to fast if you are eating and living right?

  • @durianriders People who are starting to eat right and exercise.

  • @durianriders SOOOOOO true!

  • When you eat excessive amounts carbs, your blood sugar rapidly rises. You get a temporary “high” when your blood sugar is high. Next, a blast of insulin from the pancreas causes a precipitous drop in blood sugar. At this point, feelings of weakness, fatigue, shakiness and even anxiety set in. In order to feel good again, a person will “self medicate” by eating another blast of carbs. This vicious cycle is exactly what happens to drug addicts, who must continue to have repeated “fixes”

  • @deadlifttillyoudrop This ONLY occurs in people following high fat diets. Read reversing diabeties by dr neil barnard.

    Watch my blood sugar vids.

I USED to have clinically diagnosed hypoglycemia so Im know how your feeling bro.

  • @durianriders "...This ONLY occurs in people following high fat diets..."

What dribble, piffle and hogwash (and other cool old words). You're ignore basic biology here for your own quasi-religious nutty notions. deadlifttillyoudrop is SORT of right. (but a lot more 'right' than Durianriders) When you eat any carb, this triggers insulin. Processed carbs (esp sugars and HFCS) WILL trigger a monstrous spike, while low-GI carbs will not create such a harsh spike, but will still activate insulin.

  • @deadlifttillyoudrop additionally there is research that is supporting the idea that "fructose" must be digested by the liver, like other poisons, and it does not facilitate signaling can induce insulinemia, especially when in foods that are low in fiber.

  • @deadlifttillyoudrop People are deficient in many minerals and vitamins. They're contaminated with many metabolic disrupters and most of them don't follow a healthy lifestyle (healthy sleep, eating, stress management,etc..) that's the reason why they can't handle simple sugars. Sure too much of any sugars is bad and refined carbs intake should be keep at a minimum but if you eat a healthy diet you'll find those symptoms won't happen as much.

  • Looooooool at Daniel Viralis!!! I like that one!!!

Speak up the truth Harley!!! We need you man!!!

    Thanks for your work!!!

  • Harley says it like it is, no sugar coating the info!

  • O, no he didnt!?

  • Hi Harely, can you post a link to the original interview? That would be cool. Thanx, Xeta

  • DV showed his true colors when he called you a parasite. Given that he is the one making money from this 'industry' he is more likely the parasite.

The first of our bipedal ancestors evolved in tropical forest which is exactly where fruit evolved. Lucy was a forest dweller and she sure as hell ate fruit whenever she could find it. Waterside ape hypothesis is in, the Savannah theory is discredited - I invite anyone to research it for themselves.

  • Keep the videos coming. Please writ a book soon.

  • Keep the videos coming.

  • He has one article on his website which definitely gives me the impression that his diet was hypocaloric. For example: "Just getting enough calories to stay alive was a struggle. My digestion was poor and getting worse." So, not eating anything causes health problems. Who knew?

  • What sucks is that people like Vitalis and Wolfe are engaging speakers and get people excited over bad information. What would make them stop sucking is if they provided good information. I personally hate how they throw latin medical/botanical/nutritional words in to give the appearance that they are erudite and disseminating some ancient knowledge only bestowed upon them from some galaxy far, far away... for a nominal fee of course

  • dude... I tell you what: when I am eating 100% fruit, I feel TOP! When I deviate from that and eat cooked / dairy /whatever else... I feel like shit! My body suffers - I have a constant frown on my face from the stress and my stomach aches.

FRUIT all the way! I'm with you man!

  • @Alanik22

So you are doing 'fruit fasts'?

I have been experimenting with those... feels good

    ...

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername Well, I've come to learn that a simple fruit fast is not enough.. because when I "break the fast" and eat anything other than raw (be it fruit / veg) then I suffer... my body says a big NO to the other foods. So I guess eating fruit is defo meant to be!

How long have you been experimenting?

  • @Alanik22 Of course you 'feel top'. You've drugged yourself on sugar! Just as runners feel 'top' when the endorphins kick in as part of the body's fight-or-flight response. Doesn't mean it's good. ;-)

Remember, Jim Fixx died of a heart attack. Running lond distances is almost as anti-human and stupid as veganism (almost!).

  • LOVE YOU!!!

  • Brilliant as always!!!

  • I just want people to know that Harley is a genuinely good person. Yeah, he may stir up some online controversy but he only does it because he wants the truth to get out there & he doesn't want people to make the common mistakes so many others have made. After spending some time with DR in person, its safe to say that the dude just wants everyone to feel good and perform well. He is not out to bash other people, just to make people think, really. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met.

  • Bless you harly. thank you so much for giving such good advice. I'm finally getting my life rolling again from getting calories. My depression is leaving me. hell after eating a 1750 cal date smoothie I was Euphoric, and so many revelations were occuring to me about my life. Now I just need to have enough confidence to eat lots of fruit around people..just gotta DO IT and break the fear..living up to other people expectations not my own.

    again thank you

  • @whatisnot1 Good for you champ. Fruit is number one. We gotta eat more to live more. ;)

  • @durianriders your confusing judging with insulting. I dont judge my parents who eat junk food, or insult them for it.

  • @whatisnot1 IN CARBS WE TRUST

  • Harley, how much volume of greens or green juices do you consume and do you crave them? I eat or juice one or two bunches of organic kale and a bunch of cilantro each day. I crave greens more than anything else, like I am addicted to them.

  • @ravendream33 Harley doesnt juice ANY greens. He will eat between 2-6% of his total calories of greens when he wants them. Juicing greens doesn't give you the whole food.

  • your hair looks especially fantastic these days :D

  • Excellent video Harley. I am so tired of of Daniel;s lies about the vegan diet and people follow his advice. He is another saleman. I do not know why he is even on raw vegan sites since he is neither.

Keep making the videos Harley and telling people the truth.

  • What a relief to see error being identified, explained, and refuted in a simple, straightforward manner. @ 14:50 "I say what needs to be said." Well said bro!!!

  • I'm not raw, but I am a vegetarian. My honest theory is that, we has humans really have no idea what in the world is right and wrong, what's good for us and what's not. But what it comes down to, is that different things work for different people. I respect anyone who choose to eat meat, and likewise someone like Harley who enjoys mostly fruit. If we didn't have different people, are world would be a mass of grey blobs rolling around in grey puddles.

  • Could you PLEASE comment about what Lou Corona teaches about cultivating nuts? THANKS!!

  • oh yeah, thumbs up if your full on representer back up durianriders!

  • HEy durianman we are all afrian apes! aha : ' )

  • Look at the pineapple. Its a desirable trait to have the edible fruit without any seeds; yet you can twist the crown (top green part of the pineapple) off and plant it in the ground, and it will grow a new pineapple!

Is that not fertility? Is that not awesome regeneration power? I want to eat THAT! Does a cow regrow after you kill it?

  • "Parthenocarpy (seedless fruit) occasionally occurs as a mutation in nature, but if it affects every flower, then the plant can no longer sexually reproduce but might be able to propagate by vegetative means." (BANANAS)

  • Great video.

  • In a sense all diets are experimental. These people who try to base their diets on so called 'traditional diets' of raw meat eating have no idea how their theories will turn out when a western modern person tries to adopt those traditional 'native' diets and such.

  • I think there is a somewhat Luddite movement in a lot of 'raw food' thinking. Products of civilization can often times be beneficial; wild or 'natural' does not necessarily mean it will be 'better'. To say a small farmer's hybrid fruit trees is not 'natural' is misleading.

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername Indeed. "Natural" is a misleading and vague term anyways, nothing to base an argument on.

  • I dont think its necessarily true that all wild foods are more nutritious than their 'domesticated' counterparts.

  • Eat raw meat...

    or eat fruits and vegetables...

Who has the "parasitic energy', Vitalis?

  • Harley, you're awesome. You don't need to defend yourself against anyone. Just let your actions speak for themselves. High activity and high fruit lifestyle seem to go well together for you so just keep going.

  • I like that .. "Live More"

  • Great video!!! I love how people (in the comments) get so worked up about FOOD and OPINIONS hehehe

  • What I don't get about Daniel is that he is against hybrid fruit because it has been altered by man, but I heard him say he eats cook food and is not a raw foodist. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you cook food you alter it and kill it basically. Doesn't make sense to me.

  • @brandonx19 cooked food = poison is just brainwashing , yes, you lose a few nutrients, so what

  • This life is about experimentation and evolution, so let life experiment instead of trying to know what the right diet for everyone is!!!

  • @todayisthedaytolive That's the whole point though. We don't have to reinvent the bicycle to reap the benefits of the bicycle. The benefit of science and culture is to learn from the mistakes and successes of the past so we can bypass the confusion and get on to living a happier and less distressed life.

  • @confused1028

If that was the whole point than why did we ever evolve from bacteria, why didn't we just live a happy and distressed life as bacteria?

  • @todayisthedaytolive There is no why in natural processes- that is, no willful intent or end goal. Happiness is a subjective feeling that takes place in the present, not a mechanism of evolution.

  • lol, and he's talking about YOU crashing and burning? I'd say it's no wonder he crashed and burned. how long have you been eating this way? hasnt it been years? He's flipped flopped so much that he's just not credible. And I thought it was funny when he accused you of ripping off Dr. G. He really cant back up what he says at all.

lol. He makes me cringe. I hope people dont take him seriously.

    great vid!

  • By hybridized Daniel is referring to a plant or animal being altered through human intention, not the natural evolution that takes place in nature. The definition for hybridization includes breeding, and breeding is the human intervention part.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity I agree with what you said, but my question is what are we suppose to eat? Most fruits and vegetables have been touch by man, and if you get your organic meat from a store its been treated, and if you get your raw milk from a store its also been treated.

  • @brandonx19 Personally, I'm not interested in going 100% wild, at least not right now. I eat mostly heirloom varieties of foods, some more conventional hybrids and some wild foods.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity So, the fruits and vegetables eaten by the other primates aren't hybrids? If the chimp or bonobo select delicious tasting fruits and consequently spread it's seed, what is the difference? The distinction between natural and artificial selection is vague when it comes to fruit, since there needs to be an animal present to select the most desirable fruit. By using fruit orchards, humans can simply speed up and regulate the process, but it's the same process found in nature.

  • @confused1028 No because they're not selecting them in the wild, they just eat whatever they want and the fruit that doesn't get eaten still falls to the ground and get's planted. The only seeds that don't get planted are the ones that aren't strong enough to survive. When humans select seeds they choose the largest and sweetest fruits to plant (and sometimes pick out other traits). The other seeds don't get planted and there are other things lost over time, such as the plants natural medicines.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity What natural medicines? And no, fruit that falls to the ground doesn't just get planted. A tree that is fruiting probably has roots that hog all of the nutrition in the soil around it, which is why you don't see hundreds of apple trees exploding from on point in the ground. Animals are the vehicle for the seeds of fruit trees. They bring them to more open ground, thus selecting that species of fruit tree.

  • @confused1028 Look at the difference between the wild blueberry and a cultivated one. The cultivated one is fat and sweet. The wild one is smaller, still fairly sweet, but darker and much richer in antioxidants and probably some other properties. Same with wild vs. cultivated strawberries. Just some examples. Even though animals eat the wild versions of these fruits they don't select and breed them to become larger and less nutrient dense.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Less nutrient dense? Where is the evidence that suggests that organic cultivated fruit is less nutrient dense than wild fruit? And they don't really "become" larger(as if they were injected with steroids), we just select the larger fruit because it's more convenient and abundant. Collect, transport, consume, propagate seed. We choose the sweeter fruit because it tastes better. This is a basic evolutionary interaction, cultivation just acknowledges this process and utilizes it

  • @confused1028 Soil in the wild is generally more mineral dense than cultivated land. Mono crops erode the top soil over time, that's a fact. Of course you can get extremely high quality organic food when it's grown with things like rock dust or diluted sea water. I just mentioned they select the largest ones to breed, like you suggested. The convenience and abundance is what drives people to hybridize foods, yes, but that doesn't mean it's better.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Doesn't mean it's better, doesn't mean it's worse. Just like how shorter people aren't necessarily more/less nutritious to a tiger than taller people. And just because a fruit is larger, doesn't mean it's nutrition is diluted at all, there is just more of the entire fruit. So a small mango is the same nutrition per calorie as a larger one. As for top soil, of course this is an issue that needs addressing, but it's not inherent to cultivation, and neither are mono crops.

  • @confused1028 You asked me a question and I was giving you an answer. If you already had your mind made up that's fine. It takes some thinking and research but you'll understand what it is I am saying if you let go of attachments to ideologies.

Size is largely a result of 3 minerals in the ground which can be added to cause plants to grow larger (Nitrogen Phosphorus and Potassium). You can have large low nutrient density foods, or small low nutrient density foods. You can also have both...

  • @confused1028 ...with HIGH nutrient density. Wild soil ON AVERAGE, is higher in minerals and beneficial bacteria than cultivated soil (inl. organic). Your example of tall vs. short people is not valid for this debate. Indigenous people compared to domesticated people is more appropriate. Indigenous people (generally) have better teeth, wider nasal passages and better eyesight.

Again, the difference between wild foods and cultivated foods is the medicinal content (antioxidants etc) and minerals.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity So then the nutrient quality of the fruit is dependent on the mineral content of the soil? I can agree with that. As for the "medicinal" content, I'm not too sure about that, and I think that's a separate debate for another day.

Indigenous people are generally more healthy because of obvious lifestyle factors: fresh air, exercise, natural surroundings, unprocessed foods, lack of stimulation, etc. Bring them onto a SAD lifestyle and they are as good as domesticated.

  • Also, top soil erosion isn't a huge problem with fruit trees, since their roots are deep and don't depend much on top soil. Nor do trees necessitate digging up top soil. But it's still an issue that needs to be addressed for the sake of the veggies among other things.

  • @confused1028 Yes, with a fruit orchard, they are much more sustainable than low growing monocrops, but in the wild if you had a pine tree next to a crab apple tree, you'd be getting each tree pulling up different minerals and depositing their leaves/needles onto the ground around each other.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

What do you think of hybrid fruits?

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername In general? I think they have their place. I eat some, but I usually stick to the one's with large pits or seeds that can still sprout and grow at least within North America.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

I question the stigma concerning seedless fruit. The logic against it may be persuasive but it may not necessarily be correct.

"Bizarrely enough, a dread of hybrid fruits is rampant among the health conscious."

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername Like I mentioned, I do eat and recommend people eat hybrid foods. It would be wise to avoid making them staples however. Calling this a dread or fear is incorrect. One could say the same thing about people that avoid nuts and seeds.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

". It would be wise to avoid making them staples however."

    Why?

This dont make sense. Hybrids are SUPERIOR specimens.

And lets not confuse factory farmed fruit with this (this is a negative result of mass-production due to industry profit greed)

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername See my responses to confused1028 for why hybrids are not superior.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

    Because the soil? Clarify.

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername A combination of soil and higher medicinal/mineral content (phytochemicals etc).

  • @SecretsOfLongevity You didn't establish the claim that hybrids are inferior. At most, you established that foods grown in nutrient depleted soil are less nutritious.

  • @confused1028 I pointed out the difference in medicinal content (which is bred out for flavour and by the simple act of enhancing sugar content). I'll say it again, please read what I write. Soil is a big part and on average wild soil is more mineral dense than cultivated soil. Mixed vegetation (in a forest for example) ensures a mix of minerals and other factors in the soil. It can be mimicked on a farm, but extremely few farmers do this.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Again, what medicines? Antioxidants aren't a medicine, they're a nutrient that eliminate free radicals. They might be viewed as a medicine by most people who are lacking in antioxidants to begin with, but if all of your food is colorful and a plant, antioxidants are just part of the package, no extra seeking needed. I still fail to see how any of this makes hybrids inferior to wild varieties, which are hybrids themselves anyways.

  • @confused1028 Again? You never asked that question before.

I'm not interested in giving you a full one on one education in botany. A debate is between two people educated on a subject sharing their ideas and seeing which ideas come out on top. Come ask these questions on my channel and I'll get to them in a future Q&A. Phytochemicals include a wide range of things (medicines) which include antioxidants.

If you want to dig yourself a nice little hole to feel comfortable in, be my guest.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

Wild fruits can easily be hybrids also, this happens naturally, its natural evolution. Humans can play a part in this and help 'guide' the process by selectively breeding for desirable traits. Some try to demonize hybridization as if it is not natural and that human influence is somehow inferior and not natural. If done intelligently with eco-consciousness even factory farming of fruit trees could produce superior food. Hybridization is natural and desirable.

  • @1q2w3e4r5t6yusername Again, see my prior discussion with the user confused1028 on this channel to see where I already described what hybridization is and why it's different from natural selection which is what takes place in nature.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Don't demean my position to a comfortable little hole. If you're an expert on this compared to me, then you should be able to shoot down every one of my arguments with ease. Instead, you insist that YOU need to educate ME on the subject entirely after dancing around all of the points I make. I'm searching for truth and your position just does not hold up. If I see someone spreading misinformation, then I'm going to say something.

  • @confused1028 You began asking the questions of me seemingly interested in my opinion but you have made it clear you've already got your mind made up. If you wish to learn something ask on my channel and I'm happy to respond to you in video so more people can gain from this.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Indeed. Variety is definitely beneficial to a sustainable ecosystem. We can agree on that, hehe.

  • @confused1028 Like I said, compare a wild strawberry to a cultivated one. I eat cultivated strawberries and they're great! I'm not suggesting we should stop eating them, but we can't say that the wild ones are the same as the cultivated varieties.

  • another great vid. keep them coming...

  • People are suffering from the effects of inadequate diet and are dying unnecessarily. THANK GOODNESS for you and all your EFFORT to get the info out there!!!

  • Great vid once again!

  • Vitalis is gross.

  • Excellent vid. Well said!

  • I love your passion but why don't you just talk to these people yourself? You make so many assumptions and then argue them as facts. It's childish. I'd love to hear some interviews with you and these people you are judging so harshly. I just can't see any of them agreeing to do one cause your so abrasive and stubborn. I wouldn't change you though. I love hearing your message (through all the judgment), I just think you need to stop hiding behind a camera and debate instead of criticize.

  • @canadianwargod these people need to be called out they are giving health advice from bad information, claiming things don't work because they didn't do it right. i think most of these diets are healthier than the standard north american diet.

  • @canadianwargod We are organising that at the mo'. Druhmill from GITMR backed out at the last minute so we are looking for another organiser. Let me know if you know anyone that wants to host 'raw debates 2010'.

  • When I eat more water rich foods I don't need to drink as much, and my pee is still clear and frequent. You say 'drink water for waters sake', do you mean pushing fluids? I don't think it's healthy to force yourself to drink water from my experience. Being objective here, I've never heard you give valid reasoning why you should 'drink for the sake of it' when watermelon etc is intrinsically higher in water, so what is the difference between 10kg of melon, and 3kg of banana + 7kg drinking water?

  • @sleightEdge there is a big difference. Trust me on that one. Do an objective experiement on yourself and see. Use athletics to confirm it.

  • @durianriders Hey durianrider can you be more clear on your stance, I don't limit my water intake, what do you recommend?

    1500cal of watermelon + 1500cal of banana = ~6L of water intrinsically

3000cal of banana = ~2.5L of water intrinsically

What you say is "drink water for waters sake", so are you saying drink 3L in both instances regardless of the fact that you either feel hydrated and pee clear, and ignoring the fact that you are getting more water intrinsically from the melon

  • Looks like Danial got some free mentoring!

  • I'm glad you're speaking up because the rest of the raw food community makes less sense all the time.

  • wurd!

  • i guess he would say such a thing because your constantly ripping into the bloke, just a wild guess of course lol.

  • Met my brothers girlfriend at a dinner yesterday. Shes a doctor and said that i shouldn´t eat as many bananas as i do because the kalium its swedish term don't know what its called in english. Anyway she said too much kalium can cause heart arytmia. I said id love to get tested but is there some truth to this?

  • @POLlyy23 google tells me that kalium is potassium.

  • @POLlyy23 Nah, usually fruit based vitamins and minerals are excreted to maintain safe levels in the body. But if youre taking potassium chloride, your body will absorb even mg in that form.

  • @POLlyy23 show them my blood test youtube vids. Hyperkalemia ONLY occurs in patients with renal issues. So if we drink and eat meat so our kidneys are screwed and then eat 20 bananas for a meal and die, the bananas get the blame and alcohol and meat are ok!

Doesnt make any sense but it makes a lot of dollars.

  • @durianriders You said milk is ridiculous, were you breast fed as a child ? Is that ridiculous ? And for women who cannot breast feed, goats milk is reccomended.

  • @charlesobama or how about human breast milk... you know, for humans.

  • @confused1028 Doesnt that make you a hypocrite ?

  • @charlesobama Haha, why would that be? There is no hard and set rule that milk is BAD. Human breast milk for infants is healthy. Cow milk or goat milk for any human isn't very healthy, let alone necessary, regardless of age. Easy peasy.

  • Why do you have to make fun of Daniel Vitalis Harley? Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You - Matthew 7:12 It totally is not cool man.. In the beginning you asked the question, "Why would Daniel do such a thing?" Well it is pretty obvious why he would say what he did because of all the things you have said dude.. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out! Show a little respect! ;-)

  • @Nakutao No one is making fun of anyone. It's about the misinformation Daniel is spreading, he's being unscientific and untruthful. Remember, people's health is at hand, so we should be critical of any information. And why don't you criticize how Daniel calls Harley a "parasite?" No Matthew quotes for that one.

  • @confused1028 Daniel hasn't spread any misinformation! Watch my new video on durianrider! ;-)

  • @Nakutao

Its great and Wonderful to hear both men debate this issue, and freely speak about it and respond to each Other, Let the information FLOW and we as adults can sort all this out and decide for ourselves and go with what makes sense to us and make our own decisions

What we need is MORE one on one discussions like this between 2 opposing views and Not less. More debate the better !

  • @confused1028 I did not hear Daniel make fun of Harley first. Daniel said what he did in this video because Harley drew attention to himself through his videos because of his hatred towards what Daniel has been saying about his fruit diet! It is alright that Harley disagrees with Daniel, but Harley doesn't have to be a jerk about it and Harley doesn't have to make fun of people eating meat either.. LIke in his other videos that's really immature! I'm just stating the facts! I am not taking sides

  • @confused1028 I agree with you.

  • @Nakutao Vitalis is giving dangerous advice to people. Harley is about the only one saying anything about this B.S.

  • @leafgrrl Show some respect! If he believes Vitalis is giving dangerous advice thats alright, but he doesn't have to be a jerk when he disagrees with him. That is not cool! I read through posts on 30bananasaday and they all group up and flame the guy. I know this and if you do not believe me then go there and read it yourself. It is one thing to disagree its another thing to be an ass hole! ;-)

  • @Nakutao I would take you more serious if you didn't do the things you are accusing Harley of. You call people names and act like a jerk when people disagree with you. Also you were the one complaining of foul body odor and constipation when eating animal products.

  • @brandonx19 People actually love to watch my videos. I didn't gain subscribers by being a jerk! ;-) Harley is on a mission to try and force everyone to do what he does. STOP FORCING YOUR FRUITARIAN DIET AND BELIEFS ON OTHER PEOPLE!

  • @Nakutao You are a jerk. You sent me insulting messages because I disagreed with a animal based diet. SO STOP FORCING YOUR ANIMAL CADAVER DIET AND BELIEFS ON OTHER PEOPLE!

  • @brandonx19 You are a jerk for calling me a jerk! You are insulting me now. Practice what you preach Brandon. I don't force what I eat on anyone! You guys sure do though with your veganism. I love the vegan but I hate the veganism. ;-)

  • @Nakutao You make no sense. You sound like a little kid. I respect freewill so good luck on your journey.

  • @Nakutao: Have to agree with Brandonx19 and ravendream33 as I too was banned from your channel for trying to constructively debate nutritional views. Many are aware how much you flip-flop from one side to another and with each polar flop you adamantly give advice about your "diet of the week". This is about setting misconstrued information straight. You may not want erroneous info corrected on your channel but please let others do it on theirs. Btw, I find personal attacks OK if kept on topic.

  • @Marcoosianism

My own personal Opinion is that in a 1 on 1 debate on food and diet, Durian rider would intellectually wipe the floor with Vitalis , it wouldn't even be close

  • @Nakutao Did he force you to watch the vid? Did he force you to comment. If you can't see this is a great vid you must be blind. He completely debunked vitalis as vitalis didn't eat enough on a raw diet so he crashed. He can't force you to do anything he's just getting the info out in a original way. He's a real dude!

  • @brandonx19 Yes, that Nakutao banned me from his site when I made a comment he didn't like.....he did that same thing to HealingPatch, Julie.....he's got some issues and he behaves like a child on here. Durianrider has put out another awesome video, that makes a lot of sense....but makes him no dollars. See all the others ARE making dollars, which should cause some alarm to the validity of their message.

  • @Nakutao why do I need to show respect to Vitalis? Who are YOU tell me to show respect? Don't watch the videos if you can't handle it! You must be very bored to stick around here arguing with people. Get a life!

  • @leafgrrl

I say show Respect to Both Men hear them out, and let the chips fall, Vitalis has Excellent teachings on Water, but its very Possible he can be wrong on Food, I dont ' hate' either man, i think they BOTH have excellent teachings and Both have every right to state their case.

Debates like these are fantastic so we can hear both sides and make up our minds

  • @Nakutao Why wouldn't they make fun of a dude who is bashing their lifestyle and doesn't know what he's talking about? Stop acting like a baby! People like vitalis and his twin brother wolfe were making money off of me with their bullshit info and supplements that's why I love that harley exposes them.

  • @Nakutao

i totally disagree with you on this NAKUTAO, there is SOOOO much contradiction and confusion out there about the subject of Diet ! Everyone is saying something different.

Daniel gave his Opinion of Harley and the 811 diet , which he has every right to do and im glad hes sharing his experience and giving more details on what he did

BUT Harley has every right to simply Respond and correct Daniel where hes inaccurate

  • What Pdcast or vlog was this on?
