I've just also piped back from the cats, however, it's a little too loud (drone sound) for me. What resonators would you recommend. (I have thrown out the mufflers and stocks resonators) 1992 850i.

Fully custom exhaust done by Muffler Tech in Sacramento. These guys are the best! There is a drive by video done by the shop when it was first installed. It is a lot louder now and it is the perfect sound after the first 1k miles! go to-->gotduals dotcom go to videos and it is on the bottom corner.

From What I saw on the receipt it was like a custom x pipe by the cats and aftermarket magnaflow resonators... Its all pipes after the resonators and custom tips. No Mufflers as seen on the videos. I love the sound!
