Im at a point in my life where things are very tough, due to poor career choices and outside economic influences, lack of prayer and fellowship with God and other believers. However as I sit here this morning my heart groans out the words in this song, and I know deep in my soul that "this too, shall pass". Thankyou God for this song and thankyou for your promise and sacrifice that I will someday live free from the chains that bind me on this side of heaven.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. @scotydo1 good thing this song isn't a religion! lol idk why i just like it. I don't even accept the message. When I hear it i think about just enjoying life and being thankful for the people in it! Religion may be a crutch for some people, but thats kind of a harsh view. Hate the religion not the follower haha. Richard Dawkins book The God Delusion has some good ways to look at it.
@sharisters1 what is wrong with religion, what u think god cant fo anything that he is just a pagen, if you think this theres a special place god made for people like you, its a place of fire and torments from the moment you get there and theres no getting back out, no 2nd chances, the bible calls it HELL! And if u think hell is gonna die, read revelation 19:21 "satan was casted out of the kingdom, and was thrown in the lake of fire and brimsone along with his followers"

I don't hate religious people. I just think that they are wrong. That is all.
