Super sets are great for preventing injury too in my opinion. But the drawbacks I find with them are that they can get your heart rate up too high if you're doing very heavy lifting or are a little older, and it is difficult to plan them so your muscles get enough rest between workouts without doing long workouts with days off. I prefer shorter workouts that focus on groups of muscles that can be left be while moving onto other groups on other days and not having to take days off.

I've been doing things like supersets and tabata and I get really good workout in like 20 minutes. But I'm working on cutting my fat to show off my lean muscles.
Besides controlling my diet, should I maybe walk on a treadmill a lil bit after my workout because I'm a endomorph?

@iguanaman07 good question. Yeah, its ALL my own music in my videos. People steal my beats all the time, but i dont care because the beats in my workout videos are not to beats I sell or use myself. I'm more of a producer, when I do a track for an artist, I usaly make the beat in the studio with them in there as i'm doing it. Then I help them with song Ideas, writing, and recording. You cant get all that from stealing a beat of a youtube vid. thanks for asking!
