I was going to get 2005 for my 360 but I found out that it wasnt backward compatible but 2004 is. How much of a difference is there between the 2?

I have this for the PS2 and i play it a lot. I even have Shane Victorino on my team which i picked up from the Padres AAA team. This is his stats for his first year with the Phils in 04: .283 AVG. 19 HR 66 RBI. Currently in the 2005 season. I also picked up Jayson Werth from Tornoto's AAA team. First stats with Phils: .276 AVG 34 HR,90 RBI.
