@soltex123 Dubai's oil money accounts for only a very small percentage of its revenue. You might be talking about other cities like Abu Dhabi for example, not Dubai.

Dubai makes most of its money through finance investments, exports and tourism. It's a major financial center. In fact, if the US or any country stopped buying oil from there, it wouldn't have really affected Dubai in a bit. You in the US are not paying for these cars, but for other things. Most of your taxes alone go to Israel.
