there is another way to do this: 1. Get the ds game (and a DS if you dont have one) 2. choose new game. 3. choose upload/download. 4. choose connect to nintendo wfc or something like that. 5. get your account user and pass on there. 6. you're done! (you can also upload coins you got on ds to your account on computer! cool eh?)

Its just like any other club penguin toy code. All you have to do is go where you put codes and type the code that you have with the DS game. Then it unlocks the command room entrance.
