i thik he means the top screen is almost EXACTLY the same. This is probably a mod of it. or at least the engine.

First of all, the status screen is almost a static image. You could easily replicate that in any engine.

Second, the engine (obviously) isn't open source. It would be incredibly difficult, and most likely impossible to "mod" the game since its compiled as a single binary.
