The 2 problems with this are the huge amount of wing turbulence, and the fact that if you're moving the same speed as SOLG inside the SOLG, you might as well be sitting on the floor with your plane since the air inside is at a very low pressure and moving at the same speed as SOLG.

Here's an idea on how to make this last mission much more epic:

1.) Take out all the small panels (The ones that break off when you shoot them).

2.) Take out the four massive arms with machine guns or whatever (Yes, it's possible).

3.) Take out all but 1 off the main accelerator things and damage the last one until it hits red on the radar.

4.) Fly through the back and finish it :D

This makes the mission epic while the music plays.

Ok, a country waged war on the world called belka, the oseans (Your team) designed this thing as a satellite to fire nukes off of.

During the war between Yuktobania and Osea the Yuks and Belkans captured this and put nukes inside of it.

When Blaze and Hrtbrk.1 destroyed the contol system it automatically dived towards oured.

Thats where we find us.

The AWACS is actually from Yuktobania.

But when the SOLG control system was destroyed, it couldn't target anything, so they decided to make it crash into the ground if contact was ever cut off. Although, they probably could have closed it, and then opened it when firing the V2. xD

alright, i only use the FALKEN when i'm bored. watching the pieces of the SOLG get blown off completely is funny to me. BUT you people who have trouble with thee lasers of the arkbird really suck. i beat the damn thing with the F-20 and if you can balance between the lasers and the very occasional twist through a UAV fired missile, it's the easiest boss mission i've ever done. (besides the excalibur laser in AC0)

It's pretty boring to see the Falken blow up the SOLG but here's something. With the A-10B(YES Grabarc and Ofnir is really going to suck) Those "air fuel" bombs blow up the SOLG with only two drops. easy and EXPLOSIVE lol

try it people all the parts catch on fire and break off even the 4 giant rotating...eh... sticks...

Too bad I don't have a camera, but the first bomb will take out all the antennas, Oka Nieba will say something like "All the SOLG's antenas have been destroyed." It will also leave all the main parts red on the map.

The second drop will blow up the main objectives, as well as the 4 spinning arms so keep a distance and watch your timing. There's a chance you'll die before the level ends. But you get to see a lot of pieces flying of lol.

@94jonathang Well what I would do is lock onto the launchers and lasers and fire XMAAs and then I turn around and get back into firing position but they never seem to make it to the target. Another problem for me was the UAVs firing missiles at me before I could fire. And I remember playing Ace Combat 04 all the time.... enough time to beat it 30 times actually... still can't get the X-02 but then I got Ace Combat 5 so then I was just like "well screw that". lol
