Eric is such a varied artist, so good at so many things. He's one of my greatest inspirations, one of my biggest hero's, and what he have given to us all as a musican and as a human being cannot be repaid. I've bought all his albums, seen most of his shows when he's come to my town, and I've stolen his licks.

He is one of the greatest guitar players who have ever lived, he is a great singer, and a great songwriter. He is a complete musician-he can play any style. He is a bluesman as well.
