In the title, the words, "The Preservation of Favored Races" means something very different that what you think it means. Maybe you should read more than just the title of the book...

But it doesn't even matter. The theory of evolution isn't about Darwin. It's survived as a theory after 150 year of scrutiny based solely on it's scientific merit.

Stephen J Gould was on the year end show of MacNeil Lehrer newshour about a decade ago and said summing up the year in science achievments 'We (humans) are not an accident at all,we're just lucky.' That has always stuck in my mind...he was smiling when he said it too.

In the world of science, a theory is the highest construct. Facts are a dime a dozen. MIT will never have a book called "atomic fact". Evolution is the backbone of modern biology. But don't take my word for it. There are currently 841 scientists named Steve that embrace it and reject ID. ....Google "Project Steve"
