This "artist" is now suing the police. Will the judge have enough sense to review the guy's tax returns to see just how much "revenue" the Albemarle Police caused this character to lose?

Notice how the audio cuts in part way through? That is because they trimmed out the audio when the cop was swearing after he hit the guy. Do you think you could possibly hit someone without swearing a few times as an immediate reaction?

Charlottesville Police say their officer was not at fault, when he hit a man in a wheelchair with his squad car. The in-squad video is on YouTube and shows Officer Greg Davis turning left, before hitting the man. Davis quickly got out to help him. The video shows the crosswalk signal was red. And the department says that means the man in the wheelchair was at fault. But they do not plan to file charges.
