I loved the features and idea of the phone. But it was terrible. I've replaced it a few times. Its laggy, it always freezes, I get voicemails with no missed calls, texts come in hours, sometimes days later. It has trouble charging sometimes. It always says I have multiple missed alerts even if its only 1 missed alert. Etc...

She doesn't have a clue about the key board function. Why do a review? Her little peeve with the function key shows she is clueless. Just push it twice and it will lock into the numerical or puntuation mode, once more to return to alpha. Great phone, tuff, reliable, and stays charged over 24hrs. easy with heavy use.

Now that Sprint is killing off Helio i thought id look at their Dual Slider as a possible replacement. Im not impressed. Ocean 2 kicks this phones ass... hell even Ocean 1 does... and its 3 years old.

this phone sucks i got a new 1 after the first week bcz it broke i regret ever getting this phone it looks cool but after a while it will start glitching and you wont be able to send message the battery cover always falls off ITS terrible phone dont get it bad choice

If you get a call, and you are not there to hear/answer it, or a voicemail, does the notice stay on the front screen, or does it go dark ... forcing you to touch something to see if you got a call when you come back into the room ?

well sprint gives you an SD card with a slot for the micro SD card. so you take the micro SD out of your phone, then slip it into the slot in the regular SD card, then put that in your computer.

No wifi on this phone. Doesnt matter though anymore because free wifi phone internet may be a thing of the past.(unless you have an old contract)

At&t now requires data plan for phones with wifi because of complaints from users who unwittingly rack up fees on the internet thinking everything is free. So they ruined it for everyone. The other carriers will soon join them I think.

try changing your picture resolution? on most phones when the setting is high, you can't zoom in

great phone its features run well. however the phone lags. a lot. its very slow when you want to close out of a text message or contacts.

other then that the internet runs great on it. be careful when using the interent while its plugged in and charging. the battery gets very hot and the phone will shut itself off.

This phone is GREAT. I jus got it a few days ago. I had the Samsung Instinct, terrible phone. Worst phone i ever had. They had to discontinue the phone and came out with an intinct 2.0. i was very disappointed with that phone. But this phone great. It loads quick, sends messages fast. Everything bout it was great. For the price of the phone and considering all it does. Best phoone ive had yet. Blows the intinct and Rumer Rant out of the water.

My mom has the instinct if your a huge texter yes and no i dont like it cause the touch screen typing is very hard and the back buttons all the way at the top and it always is correcting things you dont want my its good cause it kinda show your text like a IM and voicemaila and all that is the text and its got tv and alot of good fucntions but for huge texting nah...
