She has a "Widow's Bite", which is energy that she can shoot from her hands. She does it in the new Spider-Woman series. That laser effect is how I visualized it for the animation.

The ninja(s) are only one ninja. I have one of those blank minimates in the 3" scale. I made a sticker that looked like a Minimates face and put on the head.

Actually, there was only one ninja. I did some photo tricks and varied the weapon to make it seem like there were more. Also, the ninja is out of scale with the other figures.
