but one comment i do have is the girl really needs to work on either pointing her toes, or flexing her feet. because at some parts her feet we just dangling around!

but other wise i love it, they are both extremly talented!

I personally think this is way better than the performance from So you think you can dance. I feel like they both have more technique and it isn't such a one-sided performance in the way that, you see what the guy is feeling as well, not just the girl. The concept, most of the steps, they're different. I'm pretty sure it just hit you the same way because of the song. It's a good dance.

i actually think they portray a different concept, following the lyrics of the song, meaning in the Mia M. dance, they didn't leave each other, worked together, relied on the strengths and weaknesses of each other. Whereas in this dance, he left her, battling emotions, etc. Its definitely a different aura in this dance compared to Lacys

I really enjoyed the choreography, genious use of the stage, not just stuck in the middle. I would have liked to see a little more "technique". At times, it felt like the male dancer was just throwing the female around with no visible technique.

Some of that was just awesome.... I like the difference between this one and the Kameron and Lacey version- at the end of this piece they were not together. I think that seems truer to the song, but Kameron and Lacey set the bar for greatness. Every performance to this song will be under the comparrison of Kameron and Lacey. Just the reality of the situation... However, this was fantastic!

I think this one has cooler choreo. But I thought Lacey and Kameron's had way more emotion and flow incorporated. I think what also made a difference on my favor for lacey & kameron was the camera/videography and stage lighting.

The choreography was very similar to Mia's, but that doesn't change my opinion that the dancers danced this well.

yeh the moves are really good some amazing stuff in it that certainly ain't easy to do. but at some parts it seemed a little hesitant and and didnt flow as well as it could have it looked kinda broken into sections, if u know what i mean, instead of it looking spontaneous it looked like the dancers were thinking too much about what was coming next instead of jst going with the music. Just my opinion. :)

This kind of dance is contemporary dance.

This is a jazz company, but we dance almost any rhythm between jazz to afro. The aim is to express something with the help of our bodies, I mean with movement. Imprevisation here is very important because is what dancers can add to a dance!

And it is incredible what it generates in other people! Of course we study technique but in this case we decide not to use it in order to express something that can´t be expresed in a very structured way.
