  • "We just elected our first female Prime Minister."

    "Mm-hmm... I heard."

    Translation

"We just elected our first female Prime Minister."

"I don't give a fuck. Why are you boring me with this old news?"

  • hi

i m from SENEGAL in WEST AFRICA I JUST LOVE FROM MY HEART OPRAH AND JUST DREAM TO KNOW HER

  • watch YOU SYMBOLIZE HOPE

  • This interview is quite embarrassing to watch. They should have got someone better to interview Oprah and the whole setting looked so cheap. That chair from Office Works should have been replaced with a comfortable arm chair and that tiny crowd that got at the end of the show - why even bother getting such a small crowd who had nothing to say. Why do Aussie networks lack ability to make things look grand. It really doesn't take much. If only they had someone to guide them.

  • what is really annoying is the fact they would never say g'day to anyone in a normal interview, yet for some reason they have to suddenly put on the yobbo wanker crap because Oprah's American.. Get the fuck over it, its so 80's and embarrassing. BTW that interview was a shocker, you're shit :)

  • Isn't russell crowe kiwi?

  • she is a sell out

  • oprah is part of a conspiracy 2 kill off the poor and disabeled ppl n the us along with bill gates and others called the billionaire club

  • why are the fans so excited? they can always watch her on a screen lol

  • Oprah is school angela on interviewing

  • gday??!! dont really use that here.. not as much at all

  • knock off the hate or die trying.

  • Hoprah lol ''maybe i can meet her'' ME ''no u cant Hoprah'' who does she think she is lol

  • @legalsomali waryaa amus doqonyahoow lol

  • @lusaka99 naayaa kir xoolo yaheey lol

  • "We" See tv static in front of our eyes. We need help. We need Oprah! Please go check out my video and post it everywhere. We need media attention on this. People are mentally dying.. We need help please.

  • haters get a f..life. scum bags..

  • Haters what are you going to do about that? Yes, she got money more than you can count. She worked hard to earn it. you will die in misery for sure.

  • The Little Irwin Girl? lmfao

  • Oprah should have asked them to hop once. And then hop once more. Then do the hokey pokey, and turn themselves around. Because they would have done it.

  • It is so sad people are wasting their time hating on Oprah. Oprah has been living her best life for 25 years, and no matter what you think of her, she will remain to do so. Do you really think what you think of Oprah will stop her from living a fulfilled life. While you are seething about how much money she has, or only gives for publicity, she will still be loved and admired. People are jealous when their dreams never came true, and can't stand to see someone as genuine as Oprah live hers.

  • @MsAlfa1969 then get a heart attack earlier so there'll be more oxygen for the world.

  • @MsAlfa1969 shes fat and old

  • that opening made my cringe in embarrassment

  • Oprah knows that her time is short. She has to get as many souls to satan as possible before the harvest in the next two years.

  • @bethcarliseh what do you mean??? is she a satan worshipper???

  • the whole interview had so many awkward pauses, especially at the end...

  • that male fan @ the end is a douche! ... so what would you like to say to oprah?.. give me a free car?? what the??

    stupid idiot...

  • lovely oprah

  • ENGLAND HAD THE FIRST FEMALE PRIMINISTER!!

  • @jasonchalliwell Both Indira Ghandi and Golda Meir predated Margaret Thatcher as primeministers

  • DEFIANTLY?

  • !!!

  • Oh gosh. I have nothing against Oprah, but those people being interviewed at the end... So awkward.

  • when we australians say " aussie" the "s" is pronounced as a "z". Oprah said the " s" exaclty like an "s". so it sounded a bit weird

  • When she says "G'day mate" she sounds like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber.

  • @NintendoAceOpinion I agree with you 100%. She is a TV host, yet the world treat her like she is a God. It's crazy how people behave this way. She is "just" another human being. Not to mention the police escort everywhere she goes. All paid for by tax payers money.

  • @amanwithdreams Look up her work behind the tv and then you'll see why people love and respect her so much.

  • @Lerlialen1 Lets see, who wouldn't do more with what she has? Lets put it into perspective shall we. From what I can find, Assuming she has donated out of her personal income 15 Million dollars and she is worth a NET of 2.7 Billion dollars. If you divide this she has given away 0.005% of her wealth. BIG DEAL!. That is nothing. Most of her donations are for publicity. So 0.005 % Way to go! Put it into perspective.

Lets increase it to $150 Million, that's a whopping 0.05%, Please.

  • @amanwithdreams Regardless how much she gives, the point is what she does give is still rather substantial. Sure her NET worth is 2.7B but thats not what she's worth LIQUID. I also highly doubt her philanthropic work is for publicity. Like she needs anymore.

  • @amanwithdreams Oh right. Where in the world do you live in that constitutes $15million as NO BIG DEAL? You know what $15m can do to a community, a town, a city even? It may not be a whole lot according to her worth but its more than what 90% of us will ever be able to make in a lifetime, let alone give away so yeah put it in perspective. Not to mention she also has to keep funding the schools she opened, her charities and other foundations.

  • @Lerlialen1 It's all relative. If you are a billionaire, it's nothing. Why doesn't she give 1 Billion away, I mean how much do you need to be happy? All of the generations after her will be rich forever. Then I would be impressed.

  • @amanwithdreams But why do you think she is a billionare and has alot of people working for her? Because she worked hard that's why. Why can't people enjoy at least some of the fruits of their labour? Why is it that when everyone thinks that someone is rich they automatically should give the equivalent of all their wealth back to society until it's an amount the rest of us can feel good about? Who are we to also say that a certain amount is enough for someone else to be happy? That's a choice.

  • @Lerlialen1 A lot of people work harder than Oprah, and are not rich, working hard doesn't always guarantee wealth. Sometime it depends on the cards life throws at you. I am sure she is lovely and have nothing personally against her. I am also sure she is an astute business woman to get where she did.

  • @amanwithdreams Working hard may not guarantee wealth, but it will guarantee success and that's all we can strive for. There is no guarantee in life but success at least guarantees certain extra comforts.

I don't believe in luck, but taking the right opportunity when it comes to you. For example, I can have two great job offers. One as a CEO for Qantas and another as CEO for Sussan. I would be more inclined to take Qantas cos its a wellknown brand, you travel alot while earning a big paycheck.

  • @amanwithdreams Qantas also is one of the oldest commercial airline in aviation history. It's got the respectable image and is world reknown whereas Sussan is probably the opposite of everything Qantas is. Not well known brand or fashion designs and the pay package is probably a little less. So without going into extensive research about either company, you would be inclined to take the Qantas job because on face value, it seems like the one with the better opportunity right?

  • @Lerlialen1 Right.

  • @Lerlialen1 Given back is called sharing, If you have more than you will ever need, or the 10 generations after you, it would make sense to share it. Just imagine if all the Multi-millionaires and Billionaires did this. The world isn't short of money, but it is filled with greed. That my friend is also a choice.

  • @amanwithdreams We teach our kids to get an education, to be successful, to strive for excellence, study hard but when they arrive at that place of wealth and success, we are eagerly awaiting to tear them down again and are all too willing to tell them how they should spend their money. The rich don't need to share anything with anyone. They don't have to give back or share anything with anyone. But some do. Oprah does and that's a choice.

  • @Lerlialen1 Please don't mis-understand me. Everyone is entitled to do whatever they wish with their money. As I stated from the beginning. "in my opinion" go back and read my post. We are both entitled to our opinions. I guess it comes down to the morals you are brought up with in how you deal with what you have, whether it's worked for, inherited or by luck.

    Peace

  • @amanwithdreams why dont you fucking give away a billion? And dont say you dont have it. How about working for it, then wen you make that amount. Give it away!> Until then stop talking shit and fuckery!

  • @Dallas3212 Excuse me! Who the hell are you? Learn to wash your mouth and then come to the table.

  • @amanwithdreams ok im sorry

  • @Dallas3212 Accepted. Peace!

  • @amanwithdreams Like I said, look it up otherwise you are going to speak from a perspective that has no idea what Oprah is about apart from what you see on tv. She is much more than that. I also don't think that you realise what it means to have Oprah attached to your brand too. For any business, it is like getting the tick of approval from the heart foundation if that happened. Oprah is just an amazing women and the work she continues to do is inspiring.

  • @Lerlialen1 I did look it up and found nothing. Maybe you can give me some sites to look at. She is great at what she does. "amazing" is my wife who look after 3 children and me.

Having people serve you wherever you go and do everything for you because of your status or wealth is not amazing in my opinion.

  • @amanwithdreams And quite often we hate these rich people because they have one thing we don't. Money. Yes Oprah is a billionare, yes she has owns alot of things but she also employs thousands of people so that is income for thousands of family, and being Oprah, an employee working for her would recieve a pay package that most of all the other people in your professional field would be envious of so yeah, apart from the jealousy that comes attached with being rich, you work hard, you play harder

  • @Lerlialen1 LOL. I am very comfortable thank you. I am not poor, thank God. I would say I am poor if I compared myself to Oprah. I don't hate rich people. If they are blessed or lucky or work hard for their wealth, good for them. My point originally was what's all the fuss about? Oprah like all rock stars and any one famous, is still a human been. I don't believe they should be treated any better than the rest of us.

  • @amanwithdreams I think maybe that is down to you not having been a watcher of her show. She has alot of influence and friends in high places. Alot of people attribute Obama's win because of her support for him. All the books she likes and promotes on her show are ALWAYS number 1 bestsellers, the stuff she gives away on her fav things show are always the product in demand when its on and she also helped catch some of the worst criminals that have committed crimes against kids.

  • @Lerlialen1 YES I have seen her show. Who hasn't? It's all business to me. All the gifts she gives away during Christmas are sponsored by the companies who represent those gifts. It's all free advertising. Your just so in love with her, that you can't see beyond that. When you have a world wide following it's obvious anything she promotes will sell. It's not magic, it's the power of being a "personality" because the mass (sheep) of the world can't think for themselves and are easily led.

  • @amanwithdreams Is that the only episodes you have watched? Did you see the countless episodes about her campaign to put paedophiles behind bars? She was offering 50k of her own money to the public who help will lead to the arrest of a dozen of these criminals, she bought homes for thousands of those who were doing great work in their communities but couldn't afford things of their own. She has helped alot of homeless or underpriviledged kids get through Uni, college etc....

  • @amanwithdreams She is a regular donater to animal shelter homes (she loves dogs)...she helps out anywhere that she can, she isn't specific to one certain thing. Is not a matter of love, but giving respect to those who actually do something to try and make a difference, not complain about how not enough some people contribute just because they have more hard-earned money than the average person. She's doing alot more than you and I will ever be able to do so what is your complaint again?

  • @amanwithdreams And why does she have a world wide following? Because people respect her and trust her judgement on things. Why? Because people actually see and hear and read and look at what she has done and continues to do to in order for her to earn their respect.

You don't just instantly get a worldwide following without putting the work in. People relate to her, she is real, she is not pull and prodded with the plastic needle of Hollywood.

  • @Lerlialen1 She apparently spends $1,000,000 a week on shopping for herself. That's not called playing hard, that's called stupidity and having more than you will ever appreciate or need.

Lots of private companies employ thousands of people, so that comment means nothing.

  • @amanwithdreams i dont beleive for a minute that she spends that much a week

  • @amanwithdreams I don't know where you heard that but that is does not even sound like her. Oprah likes good quality stuff because she can afford it so she has every right to spend whatever money she wants on shopping. But $1m a week? That is a lie I am sure of it.

My point of Oprah employing thousands is because you made a remark that Oprah has servants doing everything for her. They are not servants but employees. She pays for alot of families to have food on their table just like you too.

  • @amanwithdreams You will find alot of information about Oprah online. Her journey from a difficult and sexually abusive childhood of a poor black girl in Missisippi in the 1950s-60s to becoming the richest and most powerful woman on tv.

Not to mention the schools she built for girls in Africa, her AngelNetwork charity that has fundraised millions for tsunamis, floods, earthquakes etc...

Oprah employs thousands and inspires millions to be the best of themselves. She is more than amazing.

  • @Lerlialen1 "a charity that has fund raised millions" that's my point. The funds were raised from others, not from her private pocket, so please don't mix up the two.

It's her job, she's being getting paid well to do it for years. She should be good at it. It's not amazing, she just picks all the soppy points in life which get all women worked into a frenzie, very easy to do. Pick any emotional topic and women will flock to it, especially shopping.

  • @amanwithdreams so Qantas is the obvious choice and you take the job, a few years down the line, Qantas is on the verge of bankruptcy and has to lay off jobs and flow of customers has decreased while Sussan is expanding it's business and actually has the CEO as one of the wealthiest people in Aus, way ahead of any CEO of Qantas or any airline for that matter. So what could have been your lucky break turns out into a nightmare. So it hindsight, the other option would've been 'luck'.

  • @amanwithdreams But she also put her own millions in her charities. You think it's easy running and funding schools in a country like Africa? Having to worry about qualified teachers, clean water, dealing with students that have come from the absolute worst of the worst...war, famine...schoolbooks, schoolequipment, computers etc...so many things she is responsible for. Not an easy thing on its own but she juggles this and everything else. It's not Oprah's job to do anything actually but she does

  • @Lerlialen1

    Country like Africa? Oh my...

  • @Lerlialen1 Africa is one of the most corrupt countires in the world. Money buys anything in Africa. She pays people to do all these things. It's great that she supports these charities.

  • @amanwithdreams Money buys anything anywhere, not just Africa. She personally interviewed the teachers, the students and their parents, the principal and the staff that work at her schools in those areas. It's something that means alot to her that is why she gets involved as much as she can. This project needs funding every single day. It doesn't pay itself especially when everyone that works and eats there are living way below the poverty line.

  • lmao poor bitchs

  • I say G'day...but she should DEFIANTLY not say G'day...she stuffed it.

  • @flyyingteapot so people especially in australia are only allowed to say g'day to jesus?

  • My point is that you'd be pressed to find a woman in Australia who says G'Day.

  • i get mad when i miss the oprah show.

  • funny i thought obama was a politician.

  • This is horrible. These people are weird. Like do they live in a bubble?? Oprah is amazing but she's only human she's not Jesus himself...

  • how painful to watch from 11.30 mins

  • @paddlepopkid yes its rather cringe worthy isn't it :(

  • angela bishop might be a nice person.... but she is a hopeless tv reporter/personality... there are quite a few moments when there is a slight akward pause, because angela's comments and questions are half by closed end.... it seems like its Oprah that seems to be keeping the convo going...

  • I recon she should run the UN or become US president

  • 12:05 the guy on the back ground ohh shit ROFL

  • @TrueBlueAustralian well spotted 12:05...... oh shit in front of Oprah.....poor kid

  • i love her, she is coming to brissy isnt she? where? is it free lol

  • Its all show off..australian make a big deal of every thing..Give us real News ...how many people suffering in this planet earth.

  • @ancientwise and how many people has Oprah helped over the course of her career in so many different ways? More than most people have, or ever would. People are making a big deal because this woman is inspiring, generous, and it's kind of exciting that she chooses our country to make a fuss about. Not to mention, it's huge for our tourism industry, and the positive light it will cast on what this country has to offer is intangible.

  • Been watching since high school in 1987

  • IM ON TV TALKING TO OPRAH GO ME YEWWWW !!! WHAT UP OPRAH !

  • omg i can't believe my friend actually got to say hi to oprah!!!
