  • very nice......money for nothing, chicks for free, and unplugged mtv ;-)

  • We gotta move these refrigerators !

  • nice playin very groovy

  • Hello There!I'm a big fun of yours! Please tell me how you make the connection to have both guitar and vocal loops from the akai headrush, like you do..!

  • For some reason I suddenly want my MTV.

  • Very cool use of the looper!

  • how are the mic and guitar connected? isnt there only 1 input on the akai?

  • I would have never thought you were going to throw the 'money for nothing tune' in there. That was brilliant. Well done. Great Job!! Thanks for sharing. I am in the market for the Akai Headrush. I belive KT Tunstall plays one of these.

  • sounds great! loving that song on the AKAI!

  • money for nothing :D

  • Very Nicely done.

  • err. wait, its actually just 1 recorded loop, right ? you DO in fact add more "instruments" using the recording + yourself, and at the end this new recording overwrites the previous?

  • how is it that the first loops and ambient noise dont accumulate over the following loops ?

  • @Luxverus because it isn't constantly recording. There are switches that you can press to turn on or off the recording. Want to record a loop, turn on the recording, done with the loop turn the recording off. Then the loop that you recorded keeps playing over and over. It can also record more than one loop so you don't erase a previous one when you record a new one. It is down to the artist to get the timing right.

  • money for nothing! and awesome looping! :)

  • That's great - and very well played, but what happens when you go into the second part of the tune?! Just bought one of these things and petrified of even plugging it in!! Oh well, 'spect it'll all get sorted. Only just got out of the fax generation so sod all all hope for me.

  • @nondescript11 Hi, Thanks for the comment.. yeah it gets tricky when you get to a keychange hehe.. Just jam it out :-)

  • @nondescript11 you get an RC-50 boss for that! :)

  • AMAZINGG, nice playing man. are you using a separate pedal to switch through the loops?

  • THIS IS AMAZING!!! - Well done mate!!!

Just got one of these pedals looking for inspiration.

    VERY COOL TUNE!!

  • And the chicks for free...

  • that was great , loved it nice playing

  • I enjoyed your video and how you used the Headrush. Used to had a tape echo unit and a looper at different times but the pedal is great. Thanks for the video :)

  • hello!! Really coo!!!

I m french so sorry for my english, but can you help me. I have the same pedal, andis it possible to delete only the last thing that you have recorded? I know it s possible to delete everything and keep the riff of the beginning but if I wnat do something again cos I'm wrong?? Can I do it?

    Thanks for help me!!

  • Hi, Thank you for the comment.. With the headrush you can only keep the first recorded loop...

    Hope this helps you out...

    Cheers

  • ok thank you very much!!!

  • Let's see you break into the chorus. Ha ha!!

  • Sounds great! I guess this is the longest looping time possible with the Headrush E2?

  • nah, it can loop a little longer. The specs are on the akai site, but it's hard to tell from playing how far through one is.

  • i will be adding that as a fave and mimicking your every move... now, where do i get a guitar from I wonder?

  • That was great, little Money for Nothing around 1:30, that was a nice touch.

  • I have this pedal and I must say that it's wonderful, I'm having so much fun with it, a must for all guitar players!

  • The music sounds like Surf Music. I like it.

  • way 2 go dave!!!!!!

    that was gr8!

    Thanks, Owen

  • well done some snappy guitar work there!

  • very nice playing, 5*

  • that was goods. I was just wondering do you have the guitar in head 1 and the mic in head 2? thanks!

  • Hi, thanks for the comment. I just put both through a mixing desk and out into the desk. cheers

  • what mixing desk is it? like model and brand

  • wicked

how many sounds can you put on one of those loop machines at max ?

  • Hi thanks for the comment, you can build up as much as you like but there is a length limit on the headrush of 30 secs or so. I think some of the other pedals have longer loop times. Cheers

  • Absolutely fantastic! Thanks for posting these videos, after watching them i was inspired to go out an by a loop pedal myself, still trying to get used to it but it's great fun! Loving the dire straits, i've posted my first guitar video too doing sultans of swing. Hope we see more looping from you soon!
