I love how they can take the jazz feel of Harlem Nocturne and Take Five, and well, let's see what else, I haven't finished the vid yet, onto a marching band setting. So great. ;D

This probably was more fun because they weren't allowed to compete that year. They were only for exhibition for the entire season.

yea we weren't allowed to compete in texas uil this year b/c we are 5A, so our show was less
demanding, still nothing like this though

The reason a band cannot compete here is if it has won the nationals twice in a row. This band had won the 03-04, and 04-05 seasons, so this particular year, 05-06, they could not compete

They did loosen up a bit; they mostly play some serious songs. Those tunes are like our rival school bands; my band was nothing like this since we played our school songs as our marching songs last year and the year before, that sucked. Hopefully this year our band will play better songs with hard but amazing marching formations.
