Hahaha! I like to believe that I am responsible for introducing this song to the Philippines. It became my wife's favorite song immediately. Coincidentally, all foreigners are called "Kano", short for Americano. Then, as a bonus, we get King of the Hill!!! Thanks guys.
Tx, Dan. I'll check out that camera. A freak gust of wind blew my Sony over, so it's in the camera repair shop for the concert here on the 11th. They've graciously offered me an equivalent loaner, so I'll ask if I can use the SDX900 to shoot Roger that eve, just to try it out. Ahhh, technology!
BTW, we'll be deciding this week on Mexico, and if we are indeed going, I'm sincere about us stopping off in Tucson for a Marguerita and to pick you up! J
Sorry, I just have to comment again. This is so well done. Nice technique. Also, this one has lucious colors. What camera was this shot on? This is great! And whew, what lyrical content/commentary/satire! The man is a genius, a prophet of sorts, and a balladeer for this time of our history. Thanks once again, for giving us the wonderful video of this favorite of the Muses... Jewel
Thanks, Jewel! I have say you're a great boost to my fragile ego (: It's nice to hear from someone who get so much from Roger's music. (the camera is a Panasonic SDX-900 btw, truly one of the best cameras ever manufactured) Thanks again for the insightful comments... Dan
Jeez, just one comment. Should be tons. Fab video. You guys are great! Thanks. Your efforts are probably more important than you know. I'm going to shoot RCPM in Denver April 11, and I only wish that I could do such a good job of capturing this incredible band. I suppose I could bring a tripod. Kind of puts a damper on the dancing, but then so does holding huge Sony for that long! I just tried that with Roger and Johnny Hickman in Ft Collins. Came out ok for freehand I guess.Good work, 12.
Thanks a lot for the kind words! I hope you got a chance to check out our "Green & Dumb vid. Got to use 2 cameras on that one. Thanks again & good luck with your shoots!!

1:21 - not sure what happened but Steve's mic stand fell over. He looked a little surprised.

@condranki Isn't that Jim Dalton?

@frederickus Big negative on that one - JD replaced Steve in 2009 and this video is from '07.
