  • Adam, I love you for this. Thank you for speaking against this hell.

  • "Those are just the lies we know about"

    Darn this guy is good...

  • Holy shit, you have to admit:

That guy knows how to address a crowd. Period.

  • The only problem I have with this speech is Adam's reference to the United States as a democracy.

  • You might be happy to hear that he uses the term constitutional republic in his newer speeches.

I also wanted to let you know he is currently running for state congress in New Mexico's 3rd district!

  • brought tears to my eyes

  • mine too ;]

God bless Adam and all of us that fight for truth and liberty!

  • i'm putting in my 2cents..thank you adam,it is time people realize this was all a lie..its 1 thing going after who attacked us,but it wasn't iraq.we're there on a lie,our leaders failed us,bottom line...i have a 17yr old who gets a phone call everyday to join the army,no matter how many times i tell them if my son wants to join,i'll talk to him about, stop calling..doesn't work..tele-marketing at its best..we will be out of there,1 day..but adam, don't stop, your the future of this great country..

  • God Bless you Adam and ALL our Patriots fighting in the ME. The corporate fat-cat Globalists using our young patriots to secure oil and cheap labor. Damn them to hell. Time to flip a bird to the powers that be. Vote Ron Paul and bring our Patriots home!

  • Furthermore, the notion that we have or currently are doing the Iraqi citizenes a favor is dead wrong. Like he says, this occupation is bad because it is based on a lie. The bottom line is that no action when based in a bad motive (ie a lie) can result in a positive manner. That is Bush's legacy. We do not have to accept it as ours.

  • Andresev...some of the responsibility is up to the Iraqis. They (Iraqis) are ready. They want us to leave so they can start taking over their country. Read the Riverbend Blog linked on the IVAW site. We have to get out of their way period. We have to stop trying to put up our puppet gov and let them choose their own.

  • Thanks for speaking out Adam!

  • Well, I hope you realize that you are wrong, not in the way of what you stand for but how to solve the occupation and war; you should actually propose something that works. Good luck doing what you believe in.

  • Have you seen the IVAW website? We have a solution. The best option in Iraq is to give the Iraqi people back their right to self-determination and pay reparations. Give them the resources and the room to have a truly sovereign country. Excuse me for not being able to explain my entire platform in an eight minute speech.

  • Yeah, I've seen the site, and the best article I've read about it its the "Hammers can't fix..." by Jason Lemieux, pretty good stuff. By the way, how you propose to give the Iraqi people the right to self determination? I think that is the point, not only say what to do, but how to do it aswell. Take care.

  • We don't have to physically GIVE it to them. What we need to do is stop taking it by exercising control over the normal functions of a sovereign nation.

  • How? Giving the Sunnis the control of Baghdad? How, is my question. The giving the Iraqi people back some of the control, but how?

  • very good point!

  • Well, I can only say to you thank you for your service. I've just recently became an American, for real paperwork just got done, and I'm going to the states to sing the contract this month if it all works as planned. As a Venezuelan I know how horrible a dictatorship is, and I want to fight for democracy anywhere.

  • I think that the solution is not cut and run, it's to finish this thing through. It's like this, Goverment says the surge is working, you say it isnt. Goverment says stay, you say go. Some say kill till we win, you say that wont work either. Why dont you propose something that may actually work instead of simply contradict the Comandante?

  • I have my doubts about you being a Venezulean....

Nobody, except people in the U.S. actually use the expression "cut and run" in talking about an illegal, illegitimate war based on lies.

  • Huh, I don't have my doubts that you are an asshole. I'm from Caracas, specifically Chacao, and I have lived here all my life. I use cut and run because I am pretty much americanized as much as I can be.

  • Beyond courage.

I pray you voice is carried as far as each human ear on this earth.

    Fuckin' A!

  • I want you to know, that is because of the conversation you and I had outside of the college republican convention in washington DC that i have decided to join the Marine Corps.

  • I'm glad you have finally decided to put your money where your mouth is and stand up for something you believe in. I hope you enjoy your much-needed dose of reality. But also, let me be among the first to say: Hoorah! Welcome to the Corps!

But seriously, I wish you would have waited until after the occupation of Iraq.

  • respect...good video...

  • Adam, you're an amazing and inspiring man! Keep up the good fight guys...I love you all!
