That's a pretty cool video - very atmospheric. BUT if he was moored a matter of yards from the Smallest House, he wouldn't need a telescope to see the LIverpool Arms - they're almost next to each other. I've heard other stories about the hooded monk though, there was a medieval monastery in Conwy once upon a time. I've also heard the story that the monk only appears when there is a disaster about to befall the town.

I visit Conwy four times a year. I just returned from there again yesterday. I took a lot of photos at night in an attempt to catch ghostly Orbs. I did get a light blue on one photo taken of a statue of Jesus on a cross. I don't think this monument is really old. Maybe it is was a good trigger object.
