big guys allways deteste small plates, but their palate is also a disaster, how can they enjoy admirable food? Eat too much is exactly the oposite of becoming a great palate, if you hate such kind of small food, just don`t buy it, like I don´t by enormous hamburgers!

I've tasted in a restaurant in Perigord french countryside, a truffle flaky and truffle sauce. OMG !!! this was absolutetly divine but the price was so high...

First of all the Everest is awesome and Joho is the Man, so are all the people who work at the Everest. There is nothing wrong with having a jacket required dining room. Why is it such a surprise to people that a four star restaurant expects clintele to dress for the occasion and not like a bum. There is no Elk on the menu, but there is a wonderful spice crusted venison loin with huckleberry sauce.

I find it humorous that people are so offended at the idea of a restaurant requiring a jacket. I don't think that this is unheard of, and establishing some sort of dress code adds to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Why wouldn't you want to wear a jacket to a place of this caliber?
