@Maxx1371 When making this, it was: Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.66GHz (Quad-core) 4 GB RAM (3.25 GB useful) nVidia GeForce GTX 260 (upgraded to 460 later) 500GB HDD Windows 7 Home Premium (32-bit) Now, though: Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.02 GHz (Quad-core) 24 GB RAM!! nVidia GeForce GTX 580! 2x1 TB HDDs Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)! New PC was built by me (with a bit of help from my uncle). Also, the cabinet has a window on its side... no lights, though... The other one, I gave to my little brother.
If you run it on Windows 2000 or earlier (or Windows 7 without an expansion pack), you may run into compatibility issues. Either buy an expansion pack (if you have 7) or upgrade your OS (if you have 2000).
If you have Windows Vista or 7, the game will demand more from your computer. In the end, though, it all comes down to your computer specs (unless you run an ancient OS like 98!), so if you could describe that, I may be able to help.

At this speed, the person wouldn't just get a speed ticket, they'd also lose their driver's license and risk months of imprisonment! Also, note how he takes that curve. At that speed (looks like about 200 km\h), taking that short time (about 1/8 of a second), he'd experience about 1,262 Gs! Weight is multiplied by Gs! So a person at 90 kg would feel like he's 113 tons!

@591486lo Just select a family with only one sim in.
The problem is, you can only play with one family at a time, and to switch to another family:
1. Press the three-dotted button at the lower-left (or F5).
2. Select "Edit Town".
3. In "Edit Town"-mode, press the button with a house and a smaller house (above the three-dotted button).
And voila, you can select another family.
If you already knew that, just find a family! It's easy! Or you can move one such family in yourself.
