Awww he wants you to pet him more. My dog is the worst one in this way when she wants me to pet her she will not allow me the use of my hands both of my hands have to be on her or she will climb in my lap and not let me do anything. She is a 75 pound girl so she is pretty strong too . But that's part of why I love her.

My bird used to clean my cats whiskers and we NEVER had a problem with the two together. Note that my cat was a nasty fighter outside of the house, he used to kill skunks and chase away other animals. However, he knew better than to bring home a bird. He was gentle inside the house, and got along with the bird

Omg mine does the same thing. She is still very young. Still getting her feathers n carries on all the time when I stop rubbing her head/neck. She also kisses me, smuggles into my neck and rubs her head up n down my neck. sleeps on one my pillow at night next to me till it's time for me to sleep. She always tries to get into my mouth as well. When I'm eating she tries to get my food. She cries all the time when I leave the room. Going to be a great pet.

My Lutino would make a noise similar to that to beg for me to continue scritching her, or if she saw my hand making a certain movement she'd come to me and then do the noise when meant she wanted it. She'd generally only make the noise for a little bit before realizing I was done. I never once interpreted mine as being angry though, since her crest would be fully lowered and no hissing. I don't think Sunny is angry honestly either. I wish I had the videos of my birds to upload.

I have an aggressive boy parakeet, Tango. About every three days, I put him in another cage alone. I let his buddy Samba tell me when to let him out :). Samba does this by flying over to Tango's "cell." Then I know it's ok to release him back into civilization.
