  • kk thanks and another thing how do you drag the audio files to get them in time??

  • how come when i click on "file" there is not an "import" option! ?? help!

  • @StrangeTownStudios Weird... but you can just drag the file in from your 'My Music' folder or wherever the track is on your computer. I'd advise you redownload Audacity though.

  • Hey What Instrumental Is That One From Crhis Brown

  • TO ALL RAHEEMS FANS

Recently I discoved that some bitch calling herself THEQUEEN650 is trying to pass raheems mashups off as her own. Ive tried writting comments saying that there not hers there raheems etc but now shes blocked me What I would love is for you all to basically go on to her channel or one of her videos and basically say that there not hers there raheems mashups. She may be able to stop me but she cant stop a whole army of fans and she defiantly shouldnt be gettig away with this.

  • It is REALLY hard to make mashups!!!

  • I have watched many and your tutorial actually made the most sense to me. However there are still some things I am unclear on. Could you please explain to me how I would go about cutting a song and then connecting it to another song that I am trying to edit and cut down. I am basically trying to have one song lead into the other for am upcoming performance. Thank you in advance for this.

  • @JoshGotLength You can use the selection tool that looks like a capital I. Choose where you want to split the clip then click Edit, Clip Boundaries and then Split and then you can either double click the clip you don't want and 'Cut' it or use the Time Shift Tool and move it wherever you want. Hope that helps

  • NEVER SAY NEVERR!! lol

  • good tutorial.......

  • What if you can't find the bpm on a website........are there alternate ways you calculate bpm?

  • @DonnieMexico You can use a program called Virtual DJ which is free. Basically you download that, drag your song into it and it will automatically give you the BPM

  • can you do a tutorial on how to transition the songs with eachother its my main problem!

  • this may sound very daft, but how do i get to move the acapella to where i want it? what button do i press to move acapella to the beat i want it to start on?.

currently im mashing using virtual dj, but i want to add more than one acapella to a mash up in one go instead of having to re-record my mash again & again.

  • @djgarbie2011 You wanna use the 'Time Shift Tool' which looks like two arrows facing different ways, make sure to zoom in so you can accurately place it in time.

  • raheem i had no idea you had an accent sir! , and i might make a messy mash-up , don't laugh if i do lol , this tutorial helped me alot though.

  • thanks so much! you're really good with tutorials

  • The only thing that is happening now is when i upload the acapella and the instrumental it goes into my itunes library but when i use the audacity to upload the two, it won't let me go into itunes. what should i do then?

  • @lilmissairL What are you trying to do exactly? Do you mean Import instead of upload?

  • awesome

  • @RaheemdaplayaO4 For the Britney Spears example, what was your instrumental track?

  • Great tutorial! :)
