2. The spartan can jump on the Hunter's back, and cut its head.

That is what Bungie should make for a Hunter Execution!

@infantryhawk theres no way we can assume it either, plus kevlar stopped the bullet depending on the bullet, the reason armour fell out of fashion was because of the lack of mobility, the thing we truly need is chrome vanadium (the stuff used in spanners that shine) and a system of lifting it, which we are currently working on, (well a system of lifting anything heavy) untill then, the gun the chainmail the bow and the plasma shield will only be stopped by one thing, the cloak and the dagger
