I was surprised when I used to play WoW and they didn't have the cross-realm invites even though you could pug it, but having the subscriber pay extra for something that should be there? I understand making money off of something, but that is an utterly appalling business strategy.

Blizz gets plenty money as things are. The sub and the microtransactions, such as transfers or race-change are still bringing in more money than ANY other MMO. I think Blizz should introduce a system like that in EvE whereby game time can be bought (and sold) for ingame currency. It eliminates the gold sellers, and rewards those who can make ALOT of G by letting people play for time or money, whichever they can afford more. Look up EvE plex if you arent aware of this system.

I still let them play through to support the YouTuber, but having to see the same, often times BAD, advertisements again and again gets really grating.

So I can see why people complain and find ways to block them.

What I'd like to see is an option for people to pay a minimal fee for something akin to a "premium membership" where they don't have to deal with ads..

What I'm suggesting is that we can opt to pay money that will be split between the corporation and their video partners much like the advertisers do.

FFS, I say this every time you bring it up TB.. The payed character transfer/race change/faction change IS automated and DOESN'T cost them a thing BUT it Isn't a ploy to get them more money; It's a deterrence so people don't steal from guild banks or ninja loot in raids as often.

Hmm, 1 thing about this cross realm feature that makes me wonder is; will you be able to invite people who's not in the same battlegroup as you? Playing cross battlegroups is surely something new and would take a whole lot of coding I'm sure of. BUT! I still don't agree with their choice! This feature should be a part of our subscription.

What happens in-game, Battle.net services (like playing with friends on other servers), I think that should be part of the deal. I'd be willing to pay a bit more each month, and I think most agree with that.

Also, I think the price for a new player to get into the game is quite high. Vanilla+BC+LK+Cata+monthly fee = a lotta money. If they dropped the starting price to get into the game they could probly grow their subscription numbers again, which in the long run would mean more profit.

Btw, The Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub Trolls wanted the Darkspears trolls to reunite to be the orignal Forst Trolls etc etc. Vol'jin rejected the ZA and ZG trolls cus he didnt want to betray The Horde and Thrall. The horde helped the Darkspear trolls from the attacks from murlocs and alliance forces or whatever. but GREAT court of lore !

I've been unhappy with almost everything blizz has done this year. They are ruining classes uniqueness. They are charging for things that should be free. I've been thinking about unsubbing for a while. With the cross-realm dungeon tool, that possibility is a LOT closer. Blizz is disgusting me. There are so many aspects of almost all the classes that have been clearly defined until cataclysm as "this is what this class does" that doesn't work or is almost completely useless now. You can also make the game challenging without nerfing classes every week. Not to mention ripping us off for services that should be part of patches and just plain included isn't respect. The guild chat feature should be charged one time on the respective app stores.
