The way I see it, Gatewood in no way can be called a loser. Kentucky lost when they chose not to elect one of their own. Gatewood was a man who truly cared about the problems facing Kentucky. Voters chose career politicians over him while the media at large wrongly chose to ignore him. To those who believe he left this world because his number was up, it doesn't matter because Dea Riley would make a fine governor. I voted for G. 3 times and volunteered with his campaign in '07. I'd do it again.
