I am surprised that this series has even been shown in Iran, i.e. Persia, too. The german main actor Raimund Harmstorf, who starred before 1971, died 1998 from suicide. We had on 2nd german TV-Station ZDF = zweites deutsches Fernsehen in the 70ies and 80ies the X-mas series each year, e.g. Timm Thaler, Jack Holborn, Patrick Packard, Anna and so many more...really miss this time :_(

آقا دمت گرم که خیلی حال داد. من تمام قسمتهای این سریال را دیدم جز آخریش که در سال ۱۹۷۹ یک هفته قبل از اینکه از ایران بیام بیرون برای اولین بار پخش شد، اما اونشب برقها وسط این برنامه رفت و بعد من از ایران آمدم بیرون. متاسفانه هیچوقت این قسمت را تا آخرش ندیدم اما سالها بعد کتابش را خوندم :-)

I am glad to see that your muslim antisemitsm has blinded. Ok if it is even worth my time to educate an idiot, let me at least try: Michael Strogoff was NOT a real person in history. This was A FICTION written by Jules Verne (ever heard of him? Of course not). Also, to pound a tad more info into your IQ deficient brain, lastly the character was not even Jewish in the book.
